Poul A. Rejsende alene Denmark, 20. april 2010	Nemt og bekvemt Værelset pænt stort efter Hong Kong forhold. Fin rengørring, god seng og stort fladskærms TV. Nem adgang til tog og busser. Havneudsigt. Gode indkøbsmuligheder i lokalområdet. 8,3 Et hotel af en udsædvanlig god standard til prisen som jeg uden betænkeligheder ville anvende igen og igen på mine ture til HK.Hotellet anvendes i høj udstrækning af folk fra Kina og andre asiasiske lande, men ikke mange vesterlændinge. Der er shuttlebus til centrum mange ganeg dagligt til en overkommelig pris.

Indrawan S. Gruppe Indonesia, 20. maj 2013	Good quality and affordable Hotel Big room size, Room cleanliness, Easy access to public transport 7,3 The hotel are considered new in Tsuen Wan area. It is connected to several shopping mall in the surrounding area. They have easy access to public transport such as MTR (sub-way) & bus station. The closest MTR station to this hotel are Tsuen Wan station and Tsuen Wan West station. The standard room size are very big, maybe around 42 sqm. We stayed 4 nights on 30th floor, with the window view to Sea and some part of city. The good things are the bathroom are separated with clear glass screen, so you can still see the amazing view while you are relaxing in the bathroom. The minus thing about this hotel are majority of the staff can't speak English very well so every time we asked them, they must find their friends that can speak English fluetly. The other things are it is so crowded, especially in the lobby area during night time (around 11pm HK time).

With bridge connection to nearby malls & train. Fast check in & out. Large and clean room. Bath room is big complete with bath tub. High standard considering the reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Familie med små børn Philippines, 18. maj 2013	Was worried about location; but turned out well big rooms, quiet location, convenient transport 9 Never imagined we can stay in a grand 5 star hotel in HK which is known for small, expensive and cramped rooms. We were at 73rd floor, tower 2 facing a majestic harbor view. Room was huge, so are the beds and CR. while it was in far away Tsuen Wan district, it turned out to be very accessible via the MTR whose station (Tsuen Wan West), is just near the hotel. Airport bus (A31) stops also at the MTR station so going to and from airport at (HKD 18.90) is a steal. This hotel is in between central and airport so going to disneyland would be very easy. Lots of restaurants nearby (moss burger, cafe de corral, KFC) as well as local authentic noodle houses for just about HK$20 per bowl. After a day at disneyland, the children enjoyed relaxing at the indoor pool which is like a glass aquarium. Several malls connect to the hotel; do not miss the nearby japanese Aeon supermarket where you can buy great to go japanese food. For the price I paid for this hotel, it was very well worth it.
