I was not able to crank down the thermostat. Had to sleep in cold. Checkout took longer than expected, even tough there was no one in front.

The rooms. 8 The stay at Vivanta by Taj President was very good from the point of airport pick up and check in to the point of check out. The customer service was excellent and all our requirements were attended to with utmost care. We had most of our meals at the Trattoria restaurant and although the buffet breakfast could have had a wider selection of dishes the ala carte Italian food served during lunch and dinner was excellent. The staff at the restaurant were also very attentive.

Rejse som par United States of America, 25. april 2013	great hotel with fantastic staff the staff, the restaurants, the room 8,7 great hotel, very attentive and responsive staff. the rooms are very nice and clean and have very good internet access. the bed is very comfortable. the thai restaurant is good and has authentic thai cuisine. the Konkan cafe is delicious, serving a variety of standard as well as unusual west coastal cuisines. the pool and spa are also very nice and have great staff. highly recommended!

Staff service was great and very friendly from check-in to check-out. The ocean view from the room was very nice. The major tourist attraction such as gate way of India.

Familie med ældre børn United Kingdom, 9. marts 2013	short overnight stay in Mumbai the staff were very friendly, room was very good size,hotel facilities excellent 8,7 Unfortunately our stay in Mumbai was too short but i would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a luxurious stay in the city. The hotel facilities are excellent, rooms are large with very comfortable beds. We used the Italian restaurant on site which had good menu choice and attentive staff, we really enjoyed the meal even though it was slightly expensive. I would stay in this hotel if i was to return to Mumbai and certainly recommend it to others.
