It is situated close to great restaurants. A very comfortable room and amazing bathroom.

Great location and check in is fast and easy. Only letdown (and it's a really small one) is that the hotel is only served by lifts, which can be slow at peak hours

The staff were very attentive, courteous and friendly.Check-in and check-out were very fast. Next to Surabaya town square where you can have wide array of dining choices-local, Italian,Japanese,Malaysian,Thai,Chinese and globally known Cafes.Being centrally-located, i get connected with my friends easily.The room is spacious,the bathroom has a tub and shower area separately. Security is good. Free Wi-fi in the room,free internet access in the lobby,free minibar, good cable channels and wide selection for breakfast also room inclusive. I just miss the swimming pool. I had a wonderful trip in a nice hotel,i will definitely come back.worth the money.
