Very nice staff and environment.
There were 10 more people in front of me when I was waiting for check-in, all counters were opened that I could check-in within 20 minutes and before 3pm.

It is a casino resort hotel. Many restaurant and a shopping complex inside the hotel. Very near a famous street or old town with this hotel, it is a walking distance. Many international restaurant found in the hotel. The swimming pool is big, like a beach. Many facilities such like spa, gym and others. The hotel know we are honeymoon, send us a free cake for celebration. The cake is delicious.

I visited Macau on Chinese holidays, Check in could be only on 3PM. Room is clean quite confatable, Casino is Big and OK.

Cleanliness - rooms and the smell of the hotel as soon as you walk through the front doors). Staff was fantastic and extremely helpful.

Great stay, amazing wave pool, comfy bed
The service was top class, the wave pool and artificial beach was a welcome escape, and the bed/sheets were super comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay at The Galaxy and will definitely be back. The artificial wave pool and beach was a real attraction and a welcome escape from the rest of Macau. The choice of cuisines was good and the Macallan bar was a real experience for whisky fans. The rooms had incredibly soft sheets and a comfortable bed, as well as fast wifi throughout the hotel.
