Although the rooms are small, it is maintained clean and orderly. The room rates are relatively cheap with generous servings of breakfast. It is highly recommended to all types of clients having various transactions in the city.

Gruppe Philippines, 22. januar 2013	Cheapest and Most Affordable Accommodation Great location, afforadable and accommodating staff 9,3 if you are looking for the cheapest and most affordable accommodations, urban inn is the place. the hotel is located located along luna st., la paz, ilolo city near st. clements church. you can access almost everywhere you want to go. it is near a shopping area, market, internet cafe, church, spa, massage, salon, bakeshop, copy center, banks. if you commute, it's one ride to where you want to go. taxis are everywhere.

Rejse som par Ireland, 21. januar 2013	Nice modern decor, very noisy, jammed door Decor, Huge TV in room, Very clean. 8,3 i stayed with my girlfriend for 2 nights in a deluxe room. the plus points were: • room was huge (4 chairs for 2 people!) • tv was huge with sky digital • staff were nice and helpful. delivered breakfast to our room both mornings. • room rates are printed at reception (cheaper to book direct than through agoda). • funky modern decor • very clean • decent location - nothing historical to see in the area but jeepneys stop right outside the door if you are looking to go to miagao. good massage place next door. andoks is a 5 mintue walk. negatives: • room door was jammed. i had to take a step back and drive my shoulder into it after unlocking just to open it! • very noisy. traffic running 24/7 up and down luna street. • wifi really slow in the room. • no maps at reception. breaksfast was basic filipino fare but fine. Tip om Restaurant: Go to Tatoy's restarant and order the chicken. It was recommended to me by a local. It's out by the beach on the outskirts of Iloilo but well worth the hassle. If going to Miagao church just ask the Jeepney driver for direction on your way back.

Within walking distance to the markets, a supermarket and several places to eat. We found the rooms to be clean but quite small. The room we were given had one of the beds positioned right in front of the airconditioner which was inconvenient. The airconditioner had limited settings. It was fan or very cold which required me to wake several times during the night to maintain a comfortable sleeping temperature. The breakfasts were average in taste and quite small. We chose Filipino style on all mornings. There was no common area to eat and was thus delivered to our room where it was a snug fit. The beds were quite thin though I am a small person and this did not bother me until a coule of nights after. The sheets were too thin for the strong aircon. Overall this place was convenient for its location to the markets but far from San Jose or Villa. The jeepneys were frequent and often stopped for us.

It is accessible to all medical and commercial centers. Although the rooms are small but they are maintained clean and the basic amenities are available.
