Great spa and lots of activities.
Silk Place provides a lot of activities for guests, and the spa and swimming pool area is spacious and relaxing.

It's a great day trip location for people who live in Taipei and wanted to have a relaxing time. The hotel provides many different yoga and sports activities. The spa area includes pools of different temperature, which makes it sort of a hot-spring hotel. It's a wonderful hotel and we would stay here again for sure!

Good but not perfect, very good location, convenience, close to everywhere, a bit too expensive as the hotel does not have hot spring, Chinese restaurant that serves with Cherry duck might be the reason to stay there. Otherwise Yilan train station is also a sight to see.

We had a great time staying at this hotel and will definitely come back. One suggestion: if you are interested in the SPA, make a reservation at desired time when booking the room. Popular time slots filled up quick!

Comfortable and relaxing
The Spa services are wonderful. The room and bed were very comfortable. The pool area with personal jacuzzis is fantastic.

The breakfast is very goods, Room is good. There is also many activities and playground for Kids. It is a pity that we have no chance to eat at the famous restaurant in the hotel.
