i enjoyed my stay here. the room was excellent. nice big bed, fridge, tv, good size bathroom. overall i enoyed it. the wifi worked well too. the owner was very nice and hospitiable, however the other staff memebers were a little rude.

No bad words! Great place for great price!

In the black hole called Pattaya, there is a great pleasant place you can come back to every day.
The rooms are very big and clean. The staff is very nice (though speaks very bad English, but otherwise really nice guys!!). The water in the shower runs great. No complains at all!!
The owner is a nice and very helpful guy.
The food in the hotel bar is really good! And not expensive at all! You can sit in the lobby/bar, play pool and have a good dinner, it's nice!
And the most important thing you should remember, it is NOT the Hilton hotel, so for this price you can't be expecting more then you get!!! And even what you get is much more then you should expect for the money you pay here!
Great hotel. If I ever (by mistake) get back to pattaya, I will for sure stay here!
Tip om Restaurant:
The restaurant in the lobby of the hotel offers a very nice russian/european kitchen. Try it!

I would not be staying here again.

i have stayed in alot of hotels in Pattaya over the years and I was not impressed at all with this hotel. The staff were very rude and spoke little english. supposed to be a suite no microwave, tea/coffee, kettle bathroom was horrible. Not allowed more than one women in the room which it failed to mention on the advert. The staff also refused to let me take food and drink to my room!!! i have never heard so much crap in my life, "because its unhealthy" they tld me. i was not impressed and argued for around 30 minutes untill i was finally allowed to take it up 4 bloody flights of stairs to my room. thos was just the first day. Immediately i was not impressed and was quite upset as i had already prepaid the hotel and was not allowed a refund when i asked to leave. so as far as im concerned this hotel ruined my holiday. for around the same i would stay sabai empress instead soi 2 so so much better for the same money. Honestly guys im doin you massive favour please dont stay here. I dont want anyone else to encounter this

Nice room, good locaton but no service

The reason for this choice was high marks at agoda. Situation is good, almost walking distance to Beach road, but sometimes noisy from neighboring bars. My room was big, more like a suite and very clean, all decoration almost new. Good flat screen TV, fridge, AC and hot water shower.
As the Russian owner seemed to be busy with his revenues most of the time, there was almost no service apart from when staff could make commissions from my purchases like order taxi.
was pricy in comparison with other alternatives.
Tip om Hoteldetaljer:
I visit to Hilton Pattaya is a must! The interior decoration is fantastic and I strongly recommend their buffet for 800Btah, it's wort it, believe me !
