Leif J. Rejse som par Denmark, 8. august 2012	Hotel med fri transport til stranden Der er rent og pænt og høflig betjening. 7,3 Da vi ankom til hotellet blev vi mødt med stor venlighed. Vi kom senere for at få noget information om adgang til stranden. Hotellet kørte os straks derned. Vi boede højst oppe og havde en fantastisk udsigt ud over Pattaya. Værelset var flot rengjort og sengen var god. Der var fin adgang til balkon med bord og stole. Bade- og toiletfaciliteterne var helt i top med både spa og bruseniche. Morgenmaden skulle findes ude i byen.

Familie med små børn Thailand, 6. maj 2013	Great little Gold at Nova Gold Bed, Shower, and services 9 It was our last minute decision to head for Pattaya, and I was frustrated to find the place. This Nova Gold we stumbled upon was a gem in the midst of all chaos.Right from the front door until the balcony in the room, everything was just perfect for us. Frontdesk was very helpful and kind enough to give us a corner room as soon as they learnt that we have small child. Our room was spacious, the bed was to die for, bathroom was without bathtub for our little one but understandable for such a small hotel. There were no breakfast services at the premise, we have to order from nearby restaurant, but the hotel was very kind to gave us utensils. Swimming pool was not that great. Staffs were very attentive and helpful.

No intruptions 5,7 Stay was decent but had a leaking ac unit in the room it dripped alll night. When i notified the desk i assumed it would be fixxed by the time i returned that night. It wasnt and when i reminded the desk again they told me it was like that all over the hotel and not just my room. Also the bath tub was not cleaned the entire week i was there.

Enlig rejsende Denmark, 25. marts 2013	Good rooms, bad pool, bad fridge and no freezer Good rooms, nice balcony in the rooms that have one, friendly staff and fast housekeeping 6,7 The rooms are good and so is the balcony, the aircon worked fine and the bed was comfortable. The mini bar/fridge was not very cold and there where no freezer in it. The bathroom was big and nice at first glance, but a little sketchy if you look close in the corners (as with most hotels in Pattaya I think) and after a shower there was water all over the flor outside the shower. The pool is in the shade and so is the sun loungers, that ment more to me than I thought. The internet works fine but you have to log in, in you browser. I find that annoying. All in all a good hotel if you are there only for the rooms maybe a short while. A longer holiday like my 2 weeks, I would choose a diffirent hotel mainly to get a pool and lounge area with sunshine.

Location, staff and internet 10 Great hotel, very friendly and attentive staff. internet in room was perfect. great location- just far enough away from 2nd road so you could sleep and relax in the day time but with plenty of restaurants and bar nearby. free shuttle to 2nd road. no complaints at all 10/10
