One nice Staff but her first day doubt she will stay, rest of staff awful (she was so lovely and helpful) 2 Lovely cgirl when we checked in her first day I hope she finds another job because everything else about this place awful. Really unhelpful sour looking staff everywhere, room FULL of mosquitoes and dead ones all over walls and roof, no wake up call when we had flight to catch, no taxi organised as asked, luckily made back up plans. Noisy air con worst sleep. Save your money stay at another hotel because it is a charming area. AWFUL STAY AWAY!!!!

However the bathroom has a problem with the drain, in the morning there is a bad smell in the room. After flushing some water it is okay. They offer free WIFI in the Lobby and at the pool area, in the room they they charge 100 Baht.This is ok if you are on holiday, but for business travel not.
