Super service og lækkert værelse - vælg det!

beliggenheden var i top lige ved ku'damm og fra vi trådte ind af døren, var personalet venlige og meget imødekommende og hjælpsomme. vores værelse var moderne og meget pænt - vi er ret kritiske normalt, men var enige om, at det her er et sted, vi gerne vil komme tilbage til. jeg ville bestemt anbefale det til mine venner eller familie, og kommer helt sikkert igen. det ligger også meget tæt på zoologischer garten station og selvfølgelig masser af butikker, metro osv. brunchen så fin ud, men kostede 18 euro, så vi droppede den (men fortrød senere, der var champagne i weekenden!).
Tip om Restaurant:
Der ligger en god døgnåben cafe/restaurant to gader væk, den hedder Schwartes Cafe og serverer bl.a. morgenmad hele dagen og naten :) Der var de også meget venlige og maden var fin.

Pros:
- Location - GREAT location, there is a subway enterance right next to the hotel. 30second walk. Walking distance to shopping and very close to the zoo.
- Staff was very helpful, provided great directions.
- Very nice hotel room.
Cons:
- No Cons, this was the best hotel during my 2 weeks travelling europe.

Great Central Location

Very nice stay... sadly not long enough!
We enjoyed a lovely room, the staff were very friendly & the hotel is conveniently centrally located (including close to the start of the Double Decker Bus tour stops).
We thoroughly enjoyed having a look around Berlin (albeit quick); and the H10 Berlin Ku'damm Hotel was a great place to stay.

This hotel is located brilliantly, has comfortable and modern rooms, and also a very nice exterior. Suprisingly, for a hotel of this calibre, my room wasn't perfectly cleaned. It could have been a one-off mistake, though.

lovely hotel and service with a smile
Beautifully designed hotel, spacious room; real value for money. Fantastic location, right in the city, exactly beside underground subway and very near hop-on-hop off city tour.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Good kitchenette facilities as well. The front desk reception was superb. Her name is Jennifer.

Central Location just off the Ku'damm, near shops, sightseeing, restaurants and bars in the vicinity and in hotel

Spacious hotel and rooms also. Air conditioning/heating self regulating, minibar , safe, full length mirror, very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bar and restaurant in hotel. Room service available in the evening.

Lovely hotel!
Locate in the best place!! Near many shopping mall and there's a subway entrance just next to the hotel!! Staffs are nice!

Modern Hotel, Nice Staff, Decent Location

Hotel was clean, modern and well furnished. Staff were genuinely friendly and willing to help. Location is good, but Berlin is so big that it depends what you are there for. Overall happy with my stay.
