Excellent staff, awesome huge room, free bike rental 10 Great stay here at Petit Palace Santa Barbara. Once of nicest rooms we stayed in during our trip. It is a little pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for. There is a large boardwalk outside the hotel so you'll have to close your windows at night if you're a light sleeper. But the A/C will keep you nice and cool. The metro is a quick 2 min walk up the street and it will take you where ever you need to go. There's also a japanese noodle spot next door just in case you partied hard the night before and need some confort food.

This hotel is offered by my agency and it was a good time here. Good location, good service. I will stay here at my next business trip to Singapore. It is only good for businessman but also for relaxing and shopping. Tip: This hotel is convenient for health and relaxation

Familie med ældre børn Singapore, 12. april 2012	Unique boutique hôtel, friendly and spacious triple room great for family 8,7 nice boutique hotel, rooms were spacious and toilet is quite nice. plenty of sockets available in the room for your gadgets. my room faced the courtyard and somehow the hotel staff starts playing some music during the day, so as my windows were open it was a bit noisy when i slept in till later morning. staff were very friendly, fresh fruits daily for guests at the lobby. only disappointed with the housekeeping that folded my bath towels that were on the floor, but this was a one-off incident and they have different chambermaids. overall, good place to stay. fantastic location as it is s stones throw from the metro, and short walk down to chueca and gran via. Tip om Restaurant: check out mallorca market which is near the hotel. walk towards the metro and turn right when you hit the main road. its awesome food, ate there 3 times in 4 days!

Rejse som par United States of America, 17. december 2011	The bathroom smelled very bad Great location, beautiful facade, nice staff, free wifi and computer in room, good shower, very close to Alonso Martinez metro stop 4,7 Unfortunately the two bad points were very bad. The bed was super hard and was difficult to sleep on and the bathroom had a terrible smell of sewage or something dead. I told the cleaning lady and she sprayed something which did not help. I told the reception and they said they would fix it but never did. Other guests also told me the same thing. A shame for a 4 star hotel. I kept the bathroom door closed so we could stay in the room but it was overwhelming when we had to use the toilet or the shower. A lot of attention to form, little to function. I would never stay here again and I go to Madrid often. Tip om Hoteldetaljer: If you want a quiet room ask for an interior one. If you want nonsmoking you also need to ask for it. Very few double beds so request one ahead o time also. Great place to eat is The Gran Cafe Santander across from the hotel

Convenience location to shopping area Staffs are a bit cool Tip om Restaurant: many restaurant nearby a chocolate shop & restaurant nearby - Cacao Sampaka, you can enjoy a nice breakfast with a cup of dark chocolate with milk + pastry!!! There are chocolate pack which is good as soveniur! open at 10am

Rejse som par United Kingdom, 11. september 2011	Hip and Chic Next to subway 7 - The staffs were friendly yet they are not as efficient. - It was located not far from subway which is a big bonus. - Room was clean and quite modern given everywhere is quite old in the area. - A new Sony laptop was provided as a standard feature in-room for guest leisure.
Chu P. Rejse som par Canada, 11. september 2011	Excellent Ambience, Nice Guest Room Free wi-fi, friendly front desk staff 7,7 Location is good and it has free laptop to provide for usage. Also has iPod docking for you to play music. Free Wi-Fi and fruit market is a plus but the wi fi connection is weak at guest room. Overall ambiance is nice and the design is hip.

Rejse som par Canada, 10. september 2011	Excellent Ambience, Nice Guest Room Location and Ambiance 7,7 This is a designer hotel which is very close to a metro station (5 min walk) It has free wi-fi but hardly connect at guest room; however, every guest room provides free laptop and iPod docking for usage and this is a detail service with heart. Room is clean and the design is good.

Room was clean and comfortable and a Sony laptop is provided in the room for internet accesswhich I think is more convenient than providing Wifi. However, staff is very slow at front desk and took ages to check us in.
