They were quite clean and well maintained, however checking in and out was confusing! No one there at check in, no one there at check out of a weekend (only between 10-11am on Sunday morning). I called and spoke to afterhours, who were unhelpful and quite frankly, RUDE. If this place had better service, then it would be excellent.

Familie med små børn Singapore, 1. marts 2013	Overall a fair rated apartment The location to IGA supermarket is near,the jap resturant beside the apartment offers value for money food and overall reception is very helpful 5,7 Overall the apartment is great for family with young kids. Just that the flooring is greasy, needs better cleaning and please do check if the appliance is in working condition before renting out. Luckily the reception was helpful and friendly which trade off all the negative encounters. Still i would recommend this apartment

Familie med ældre børn Australia, 14. februar 2013	Poor building access but rooms great Cooking & laundry facilities, aesthetics, free parking 7,3 The front doors are kept locked for security so initial access relies on hoping the receptionist sees you struggling at the door trying to get in. After gaing access service was friendly and the rooms were really nice. Sleeping in the main room was difficult because the blinds failed to sufficiently block the outside light. The security is good but takes a little getting used to. Generally good value for money and kitchen and laundry facilities very handy. Free parking.

Check-in is a joke as previously reviewed by others- the whole saga via intercom, scribbled down codes to a safe inside- only to open it and no key. Then go back to intercom outside, to have some terribly disgruntled employee (??) come down & handover keys at there disconvinence. As for the rooms- DISGUSTING! I'm talking group hostels are cleaner. Holes in floor, stained carpets, broken or no blinds, absolutely FILTHY. We found old food in the cupboards, rubbish on the floors, and the worst clearly re-made beds. Myself & one other girl couldn't stop itching the next day. Apartment is meant to sleep 4, but only 2 glasses, and a few dirty pans & plates you would not want to touch. Oven, microwave, shower & aircon are broken. Don't bother calling "reception" because there isn't one. Just an onsite resident who really can't be bothered to answer the phone, or be disrupted from their partying.

Great range of restaurants and nightclubs. Indoor and outdoor dining. Late night convenience stores, coffee shops and ice cream parlours. Well located for all Brisbane's downtown attractions as well as easy access to the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Airport motorways.
