Rejse som par Australia, 10. marts 2013	Very Comfortable It's very close to the city and an assortment of restaurants, the esplanade is just across the road. 9 We really enjoyed our stay at the Mantra, and will be staying here again on our next trip to Cairns. The staff were very efficient and the location couldn't have been better, literally walking distance to everything. It was nice to walk along the esplanade in the mornings, and there are so many great Restaurants to pick from, your spoilt for choice. Absolutely a must try.

Everything just perfect!-great location, great rooms, close to everywhere. five mins walk to the port, 10 mins to the railway station, 3 mins to the night market, 2 mins to the pool (a big man made sand pool by the sea, only 0.8-1.5m depth, my daughter had lots of fun there)and 5 mins walk to woolworths, a big supermarket. the room itself just like your home-one living room, one bedroom, an open kitchen.

Joanne M. Rejse som par Australia, 3. januar 2013	Filthy rooms, the place stinks of curry there is nothing good about this place 2,7 We stayed here over the New Year period. We booked our room 6 months prior to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. We booked a dual key 2 bedroom with a request for 2 king beds. When we checked in, we were in a 2 bedroom apartment with no dual key and the second room had 2x single beds instead of the king bedding as requested. So we were moved to another room as we had requested a dual key room and bedding was wrong. The second room we moved to had so much mould and mildew around the air conditioner that it was a serious health risk! And so we were moved to ANOTHER room! The third room we were moved to was meant to be for other guests that hadn't checked in yet, so unfortunately those poor people probably got the mouldy room. As the evening progressed the 2 indian restaurants downstairs starting cooking and the smell of indian food came up through the vents and the room smelt like and indian restaurant which was very over powering, The beds were rock hard, the rooms were certainly not cleaned very well and the furniture and TV's really need updating. You don't get a room service unless you stay for more than 4 nights, and don't even get fresh towels!!! We had to try and air our towels out each night! The pool is very average. Really the only thing good about this place is the location, but there are plenty of other hotels right in the city centre. We really didn't enjoy our stay and would not recommend staying here.

It's right across from the lagoon, right on Esplanade, right behind good $10 meals and Woolworths, and very close too the Quay! 8 At first, I was disappointed as facilities, rooms and views were not nearly as nice as Mantra Legend in Gold Coast. But I quickly see the benefits of its amazing location! It's close to everything! Harbour center to board the boats, beautiful lagoon to splash some water, McDonald for comfort food, Night Owl for convenient store items (prepaid phone top-up), Information Centers for packages booking, and Woolworths for grocery!
