Rosemary and colleague were exceptionally helpful in assisting us in our tour bookings; giving very useful tips and advise. She gave us a petrol discount voucher when we asked her for direction to petrol station. Hotel is a short drive from the Esplanade and shopping malls. Small but lovely hotel with very clean rooms and comfortable beds. The room has a basic kitchen with microwave, though a stove could be useful. We used the free BBQ facilities and have a great BBQ dinner. Will stay in the hotel again.

Xuan Z. Rejse som par China, 2. november 2012	Lovely hotel and service with a smile Great front desk service 5,3 The rooms are quite noisy probably because of the out-dated air-conditioning machine. We stayed at room 110 which was extremely noisy when people next door turned their conditioning on.I could hardly sleep! Then Rosemary helped us to change to room 313 -- which was much better but still a great deal of noise going on. Besides the noise, this is a lovely little motel.

The living room was of quite good size. The furniture was not high quality but clean. There is a coin operated laundry facility in the hotel. The hotel is not very large which makes the service more personal. The personnel was very helpful and friendly and helped us in many ways in reserving tours and renting a car. Tip om Sightseeing/Seværdigheder: The Great Barrier Reef is a must.

The rooms were really comfortable and the air conditioning worked effectively. The rooms were cleaned regularly and clean towels were provided regularly as well. We quite enjoyed the quiet environment around the hotel. At the same time the hotel is very close to the city center. Very good place and happy to recommend this hotel.

Rejse som par Canada, 25. august 2012	Close to everything but quiet, with friendly staff Staff were very friendly and very helpful, quick walk to the Esplanade and to other areas, very clean, great value 10 Staff greeted us every time we left or came back to the hotel and were just amazingly friendly and helpful (arranging restaurant reservations, taxis, etc). The room was quiet, cool and comfortable... All I could ask for! The location isn't on the main drag but is only a minute or two walk to everything, so you get both quiet and convenience.

Very comfortable, clean, small kitchenette. Couple minutes to the promenade and further 10 to centre Cairns. Rosemary booked all our trips for us and could not have been more helpful. Would highly recommend the Heritage motel.

Manager was efficient at organising our site seeing trips. Tip om Restaurant: Walk to the Esplanade and their are many first class restaurants to choose from.
