Rejse som par Australia, 11. marts 2013	Dirty and poorly maintained View, location,shopping 3,7 Felt the building was poorly maintained, the room was not clean,there was road works at their drive way, not their fault of course.Wehad trouble parking our car in the car park. It was too big for the space and too high.

The appt we were moved to, I would happily stayed a week in good weather

Gruppe Australia, 6. januar 2013	Very close to the beach and restaurants Location 6,3 hotel is in a good location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants however in a noisy area due to the rides at the front of the hotel. very difficult to sleep at night and room fan was very noisy. Tip om Natteliv: Strip of clubs and bar just a short walk from the hotel. Stay away from "Plan b party tours"!

Some of the furniture looked like it had seen better days however overall very great value.

The service is good. The reception is friendly and helpful. The apartment is clean and roomy with a good bedroom and sitting room. We had a very short booking notice, but we still got a good room with nice sea view. It is good value, will go back again. Oh nice indoor pool too. May Clements

Easy walking distance to Surfer's Paradise 8,3 It's an older building so its prone to usual odd noises here and there, and the furniture and rooms have a bit of a time worn look to them, but everything you need is right there at your fingers tips and they work. Reception was very friendly and helpful. The beach is one building away and restaurants and convenience stores even closer. Cavil Ave was barely a 5 minute walk away as well.

I commend them for their professionalism. The rooms were pretty much outdated. But if you are there for space this is good, but if you are there for modern decor and furniture this is not suitable.
