Kitchen is fully equipped, but rubbish is not cleared everyday. limited supply of toiletries. Bed sheets are not very clean.

Gruppe Singapore, 7. december 2012	Lovely hotel with great location Clean spacious apartment minutes away from surfers paradise beach 8,3 I stayed at trilogy for 3 nights with my partner and sister and her boyfriend in a two bedroom apt. The apartments were clean and spacious and it was about 10 mins walk to the main surfers paradise beach area. It was near enough to walk and ideally located away so it was not too congested and noisy. The only downside was the parking. As each apartments are given allocated lots, i had to park at a specific spot even though other nearer lots to the building I stayed at were vacant. i stayed at the north tower but was allocated parking at the east tower. This made walking to the apartment with groceries a bit of a hassle but it was manageable. Also, one of the rooms did not have air conditioning and the windows could not be opened so it got a bit stuffy at times. But they provided two fans which made up for it. All in all it was a pleasant experience and definitely value for money Tip om Sightseeing/Seværdigheder: Near the main surfers paradise beach area so there is no shortage of dining options

Gruppe Australia, 15. oktober 2012	Great Location, Quality Rooms and Great reception Really nice and helpful staff, nice pool area and great location 9,3 They were able to help us with an early check in, free of charge, as our flight landed at 7am. The hotel has a nice pool area with BBQs and a large spa. The rooms are nice with plenty of space and a large balcony as well!

Familie med små børn Australia, 9. oktober 2012	Nice place and with great amenities Nice apartment, not too far from beach, quite place, great amenities 8,3 overall a great place to stay. it has all the amenities you may want to use on a holiday - bbq, pool, spa, gym, games room etc. thought the beds were double sized rather than advertised queen size & the room did not have pay tv. apart from that loved it and will go back next time we are in gc.

Familie med ældre børn Australia, 26. september 2012	Very nice Hotel The pool and BBQ area, very clean hotel 9,7 I only have one criticism of the hotel and that being in regards to not being advised that if I arrived after a certain time I would need to contact the property manager on my arrival to receive a passcode to get my key from the security box at the hotel. I arrived around 4pm on the Saturday and had no idea how to obtain my keys from the property. i was lucky we had friends staying at the Hotel who let me into their room to contact the property manager who then advised me how to get into my room. Apart from this small hiccup I would definitely stay at the Trilogy again. It was a great location not too far from the beach or the many restaurants in Surfers Paradise. The staff very friendly and the hotel was extremely clean and very quiet.

Familie med små børn Australia, 24. september 2012	Comfortable apartment Spacious rooms, nice pool/bbq area 6 We stayed in a 2bed/2bath apartment on 8th floor of the north tower with our three children (aged 7,4&1). Room was a great size and having the 2 bathrooms was very handy when came to showering after swimming in the pool, which the kids loved. Kids were waking early in the mornings (5.30/6ish) due to morning sunlight through the blinds. The down side to this is that they got very tired during the day when visiting the theme parks. Carparking was a bit of a maze but very secure. No dining options at the apartments, though there were great options at Chevron Renaissance only a block away.
