Rejse som par United Kingdom, 8. februar 2013	Nice hotel centrally located Close to the centre of town and amenities 9,3 this was a last minute booking but the receptionist was very efficient and there were no problems with checking in, however once we got to our room we found we were right next to a very noisy air conditioning unit. my husband returned to reception and asked if we could change the room and we were moved at once. the rooms were well furnished and a reasonable size. it is a 5 minute walk into the town for shops museums and restaurants . Tip om Sightseeing/Seværdigheder: If you have the time visit the settlers museum (5 mins from the hotel) it is well worth a visit and it's free.

Bathroom a bit dated. Also mattress has a duvet on top (below the bed sheet) to make springy, not overly comfortable

Excellent customer service. 8,3 Very comfortable bed, nice room though a bit small. TV getting dated. No microwave or sink to clean dishes. Customer service was excellent at reception & very helpful gent to park car & help with bags.Easy access to casino & very handy to all amenities. Tip om Sightseeing/Seværdigheder: The cadbury factory tour is a must, hmmm.
