Frankly one of the best hotels we stayed in Fukuoka.
Hotel’s staff were wonderful, courteous, friendly and extremely helpful in addition to being very attentive to your every need. Room service was extraordinarily quick.
Highlight was the front office assistant manager Ms ***, who courteously assisted us when we needed any help and directions. Our praise and thanks to her.
Everything in this hotel was immaculately clean and fresh smelling.
Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and water pressure was very good.
The Hotel’s location was excellent with just a short walk to Hakata Train Station where you could find almost everything you need. Shops, restaurants and supermarkets.
Honestly would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who values a great hotel stay. I for one would stay here again when I visit Fukuoka.
P/S - didn’t even have to press for the elevator when wanting to get in the elevator as a staff would have already pressed it for you when you approached the elevator.
One last tip. Taxi ride, to and from Fukuoka airport to hotel is cheap at around USD$11 to USD$13

“Great value and service”
We stayed at ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel from August 15th to 18th as a couple and had a very pleasant stay. While the hotel is a little bit outdated, the staff and service are truly impeccable, which made our experience smooth and enjoyable.
The location is excellent—just a short walk from Hakata Station, surrounded by major convenience stores, a drug store on the corner, and anything else you might need. There are also plenty of restaurants and izakayas nearby. One important tip: I highly recommend making reservations in advance for restaurants, izakayas, or anywhere else you’d like to go, as many places get packed quickly and only accept customers with reservations (sometimes they don’t even allow waiting).
The hotel itself has a gym and all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. We didn’t dine at the hotel or check out the lounge, but those could be good options for other travelers. Overall, a reliable and convenient place to stay in Fukuoka with great service and location.

“A long-established hotel near Hakata Station with abundant hospitality.”
I originally used the IHG hotel group often. I like the Crowne Plaza hotel brand because the cost and hospitality are just right. If anyone understands that nuance, I think it’s a perfect hotel. The room was spacious, and I added breakfast only on the necessary days, but it was worth it. The content was good, and I enjoyed it leisurely. I missed out on having lunch or dinner outside and also used room service at night. It turned out to be a great decision. The content there is also good, so I highly recommend it. I was surprised by the curry in the lobby for lunch. It might have just been a coincidence, but the beef curry could easily be called a curry with beef steak as the main ingredient. The staff were all friendly, and I recommend it. I also want to stay there again during my next visit to Fukuoka.

“Great location, breakfast”
Very responsive and helpful staff, from before check-in and during stay. We had to make adjustments to our bookings due to changes in group size, hotel understood and accommodated us so efficiently.
Only flaw was that the double room was super small and uncomfortable. Once again, reception was able to oblige with room change, with a reasonable fee increase, to a more comfortable room. Very grateful!
We all enjoyed the sumptuous breakfast. Such a big spread of fresh food to start our days!
Will happily stay here again.

“Exceptional room and breakfast ”
One of the best hotel I have stayed, this one is super clean and bedding was very comfortable - maybe it’s the kind of Japanese hospitality, I felt truly relaxed after a long day. The bath soap and shampoo was high quality - staff so polite, and responded quickly. My room had breakdast which was really tasty.
This hotel is in a class of its own - a jewel of Fukuoka which I will continue staying everytime I come!
