Valentines Day Staycation”
We booked an overnight staycation here mainly because it's walking distance to Westgate which has one of our favourite restau-bar (The Pint). But also because they have a good rating and an infinity pool. We were not able utilize the infinity pool cause we opted to sleep in as the beds are very comfy, the room is clean, unexpectedly a calming view from our window (a mix of city and trees). We did have coffee and intended to have our breakfast, however, their food choices were not that abundant/enticing for our taste. But not bad at all. We just preferred if they had more options for the salads and fruits rather than pastries. But that's us. Westerners love that I guess. It's a busy hotel for businessmen and call-center peeps that stay for a night or two. Their front office staff and doorman always had an inviting and cheerful tone and smile. Customer service is on point. I just don't know why the check-in and check out is not a breeze.

Pros: Ang COZY ng place. Ang ganda ng ambiance lalo yung lobby nila. Walking distance to Molito Complex and Alabang Town Center. Hindi mahirap hanapin yung hotel. Malapit lang sa hi-way. Masarap yung buffet (breakfast) nila. Iba-iba mga foods kada araw. Araw-araw may cleaning. I’m also in love with the Penthouse. Sayang di kami nakapagswimming pero naenjoy namin sobra yung view lalo sa gabi. And also, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Mabait and maalaga sila. ❤️ Cons: NONE! Wala ako maisip. Although nung nagstay kami don e may gumagawa ng daan sa labas ng hotel. Maingay pero keri lang. Hindi naman sila forever na nandon. Value for money ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Daig pa ng hotel na to yung mga 5-star na hotel. We will surely comeback again! Thank you Azumi for making our staycation unforgettable. Called them a day before our check in date and asked if we could check in early. The representative said to call back the next morning as he cant guarantee an early check in. Check in date we were there early, and we were checked in right away and the fee was waived off considering i was expecting it. Thank you. The overall exterior/interior of the hotel is very posh. I didn’t expect too much because the fees weren’t that extravagant. The staff were very courteous and very helpful in every way. Always a smile on their faces. The room was clean and doesn’t smell too much of cleaning products which was really good since i was suffering from my allergies. The overall stay was so good that we opted to extend 1 more night. Thank you to the whole staff. Will definitely be back.

Great location, nice pool”
I love the place, the room, pool, and the location. It's close to Alabang Toen Center Mall you can walk from the hotel. Nice pool, not that big so it geta crowded with few people joining in. Gym isnt much as it was just a converted parking with 3 or equipments but its fine. The room size is just about right, the balcony is locked so you cant really use it. The bathroom is clean but the only thing we are not happy about is the shower, not enough pressure and the hot and cold is too complicated its like it has its own mood and switch from hot to very cold on its own. The staffs are nice, but the check in especially the check out time takes too long it took us like 15 to 20min to be called and get the 2k deposit. Still wed love to come back since we failed to try the pool due to the amount of people.

Quick Weekend Getaway”
We checked in at Azumi because my hubby had a high school reunion at the same hotel so we decided to tag along. Check in was quick. We booked thru Agoda. You need to pay P1000 for deposit. They have available/ample parking. Our room was spacious. Bed was queensize, comfy. I would have preferred more pillows (I usually expect at least 4 pillows) because they only had two for our bed. They also had a sofabed/day bed which served as my daughter’s bed. I requested for additional blanket which they provided free of charge. The room had a fridge, microwave oven and kitchen sink. This is very useful when you have small children and you need a fridge for their water, snacks and milk. Bathroom is okay. I’ve seen better bathrooms from other hotels. But there was no major issue. The pool area can get crowded on high occupancy season as it is not that big. But is it is a major plus that the it is a HEATED Salt water pool. We loved that we can still swim late afternoon up to early evening.

Excellent place to do staycation”
Location os very accesible to malls, eateries and convenience store. Nailspa best to seal pampering needs. Facilities were in good shape. Rooms were perfectly maintained and cleaned. Rooftop saltwater pool was breathtaking. Romulos got us gastronomically satisfied. ALL staff from FO to Housekeeping to doorman to parking guard were all corteous and awesome..... Keep it up guys.

Me and my friend stayed in Azumi Nov 16-18,'19. I would say that the stay was great! We decided to book via Agoda and had to prepay the stay. As I was going through old comments I got scared of the double billing issue, but on the day itself of our stay Im very happy that check in went in very smooth. The usual check in was 3pm but they allowed us to check in earlier. 12 noon, and it was free of charge. They were very prompt to our requests. Food selection on their breakfast buffet was good too. Its not as much as other buffets but hey, its breakfast. You dont expect seafood or steaks during breakfast right? During weekend they have " Taho " which is really good. They have few cheese selections, cold cuts that are served all week. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and km looking forward to my next stay!

We were accommodated very well. Check in had some issues (my fault) but the front desk was able to help me. Her name is Sachie. The staff assisted us to the room was nice and polite especially to my little one. Everyone smiles, very warm staff. Room was very clean too. I also would like to point out that it is a good idea to have floors that are not carpeted. I didnt feel the dust unlike when i am in a hotel with carpeted floors.. will definitely come back.

Roof top pool!”
I'll start with the pros: - reception is very nice and welcoming. (Instagramable) - place is really clean - room was big and a/c was superb! - the pool on roof top was really nice and it's open until 2am!!!! You can get a nice view of the city on top. Instagramable! Hehe! Cons: - they only have 2 lifts. Going up and down may take some time. - buffet brkfast has only few choices. Overall, boutique is still recommended for those who want to chill over weekend.

As soon as u step in all employees are smiling and having you as their client is their pleasure aura showed in their face be it to their cleaners to their highest rank employee. Theyre simply d most warmth hotel ive been into since I am an Agida fan and everymonth we try to booked in a hotel around philippines and i must say Azumi Boutique Hotel is one great place for staycation!!!

What stood out: the hotel interior designs Location: convenient, near establishments and easy to find. Just across Molito Room: you have everything you need. Large beds, tv, super cold aircon, wide tabletop, wide mirrors, closet, microwave oven, kettle, utensils, and complete toiletries. Facilities: elevator is a bit small, but okay. The penthouse is really the winner on this because the infinity pool is perfectly situated on the cityscape. And the cavana is a wow for its designs and the chill vibe. Drinks are a bit procey though. Breakfast: is also a surprise for us coz we dont know that it's a buffet type. Theres a wide selection from rice, pastry, salads. Cafe Romulo really offers tasty food. How we wish we had more time there to just eat. Our stay is excellent. Staff were good and very professional. We will be back!

Stayed only one night, but was pleasantly surprised by this place. Great value for the money. Small hotel and not a five star, but still classy in a creative way that you should find in a Boutique hotel. VERY clean. The room was not huge, but decent size and everything was convenient in the layout, and everything in good repair. Helpful staff. Good security. A bunch of restaurants right across the street. Was very happy with this place.

Wonderful Place with Good Service and Staff”
Here are the pros and cons that I've experienced during me and my fiance's stay in the hotel. Pros: - The entrance is wonderful especially at nighttime when the trees light up. - The security is good and the guards are attentive. Throughout my 8 day stay, I never touched the entrance door. - Daily room cleaning is performed every morning everyday. We always came back to a perfectly cleaned room every time. - They replenish used towels and amenities like hand soap everyday Cons: - The shower temperature is hard to control. It is slow to adjust and it changes temperature even when you don't touch it. - The mattress was uncomfortable and not that soft. Same goes for the bed pillows. - Our door's keycard reader malfunctioned 2 times and we had to wait abit for repair. - The penne carbonara was not seasoned well and was a bit plain. Me and my fiance had a wonderful stay overall and recommend this hotel. The bed mattress and pillows probably depends on the room as my parents with the same room type (but on a lower floor) had no complaints about the bed, stating that it was soft and comfortable.

It is during covid , my check in was good. remember you are required to wear mask and face shield You greet the security guard and they take your temperature once cleared you enter into the main lobby. Social distancing as well as spacious seating is available. All staff is wearing masks and face shields . I was happy too see that this hotel made the effort during a pandemic to keep high level of cleanliness. My room was excellent the furniture was modern , the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and upgraded. Hot water was very good. The internet was good and easy to access. Alabang is nice area , Most of the hotel services like pool and gym were closed. I did have to ask many times for more towels and pillows as the hotel was hesitant to give. I hope in the future when a guest asks for things they should provide immediately. I would recommend this hotel as it is also close to supermarkets and fast food. If you have the grab app ordering food is easy

Hotel staff are very accommodating. They attended to all our requests very well and quickly. They even allowed us to check out by 1pm (one hour later than the usual at no additional charge). They provide free parking for guests. Even though food selection is not that many, buffet breakfast is okay. 9.5 out of 10 with room for improvement on the buffet breakfast.

This is our 2nd time staying in Azumi, and we're happy to find our that they offee buffet bfast now, they don't have it before & it didn't disappoint. A few selections but everything's good. We were not able to swim in the pool because of the ash falls from the recent Taal vulcano eruption but the view was nice. The staff were friendly too. The room was enough for 2 adults & 2 small kids maybe. Location is walking distance to ATC & Molito. The food & spa rates are just right, not overpriced. Looking forward to another stay here with friends/family. Thanks Azumi!

Hotel is relatively new thus facade is still at it’s finest. I like the chic lobby, comfortable room and the overviewing infinity pool. Food is also tasty. Near Molito and ATC so if you need to unwind or need anything else you just need to cross the street and everything is there. Great staycation place just right smack in the city.

Good location, near Alabang Town Center and S&R, they have nice and clean facilities, I like the spacious room and the wide window and of course I love the breakfast, they have good breakfast with Taho, the best! Modern hotel with friendly staff and great rooftop pool ”
Every staff member is so friendly and very helpful to ensure you have a great stay. Rooms are modern and have a good sized fridge, kitchen sink, Microwave and lots of cupboard space & good wifi. The top floor pool has a great view and is a fantastic place to chill. There is good restaurant on site to eat in or a short walk across the main road then behind the Molito Centre to many other food choices and restaurants. Convenient to the airport via the skyway.

Perfect Weekend Staycation”
The experience was superb. From check in to check out. We were greeted with warmth and genuine smile at the lobby. Staff are very courteous and friendly. The ambiance of the hotel has a different vibe. I feel energized by the sound and rejuvenated by the scent. The pool was exceptional. May eldest daughter really enjoyed the water. She even cried when we said we need to go home. I will definitely be back in the hotel and try the massage and F&B offerings.
