Great hotel, good sleep quality, let down only by the mediocre restaurant and breakfast.”
The king size bed was firm and flat. (We had the king suite). The bed cover was too small for the bed. The shower was good. We went to the restaurant for lunch and were very disappointed with the cold chips and meat which were inedible. Breakfast was poor compared to the Ural in Perm, which whilst catering for mainly Russians, at least had hot food. Once again we paid for late leaving and were locked out of our room until we sorted it out. Rather unprofessional. Certainly we were helped into the hotel, and ignored on the way out. Being older guests a little more attention would have gone a long way.
