Midyo nahirapan lng aku habapin ung property sa google map kasi hindi updated ung pangalan. Mas maganda cguro kung CP number ang nka lagay sa map na contact info instead of landline. Mababait ang staff, malinis ang room tsaka masarap ang breakfast. Good job

Overpriced for the lac of anything ”
The staff tried so hard for me, to make my stay more comfortable the room was the smallest ever for a queen room, the constant noise from kids bouncing their basket ball at my window from early morn. To late night was a nightmare, Joan and Cherrywin were so caring and finally got me a fridge so my medication could survive this is a no go disasterr

A basic hotel that is clean and well located”
Caprice Residences is a very small hotel of around ten rooms that is located very near La Salle Iligan. It has a basic room, basic bed, basic pillows, and quite a small toilet. Its breakfast spread is modest but filling. What I like most about the hotel is that it is new and very clean. And its staff is really really friendly and helpful with your needs. Relatively affordable, it is one of your best choices for lodging in Iligan

I spent a few nights here, some of the staff are nice, at first was at a small room there it was neat and ok but the room and windows were not sound proof and there were dogs outside barking all day and all night which bothered me to sleep, the next day I requested a quiter room, they only had a bit bigger room and in order to change to it they charged an additional 800 peso... the room wasn't sound proof as well this time there was a CNN crew reporting outside my room bothered my day sleep, and people walking and slamming doors, at night I managed to sleep... outside my room slept a guy in the hall way with a mattress on the floor... after I checked out a receptionist kept on asking when am I leaving...

All good just little disappointed with the noise at night outside my room which was next to Basketball court outside ... other room may not have the same problem, but it was the best you can get in Iligan as there are not many good and clean hotels around . Nice week in a perfect hotel”
Modern, safe and very clean hotel in a calm area near the city. 5 minutes walking. Very good aircon and always adjustable warm or hot water in shower. Bed is big and very comfortable. Every day new towels and every two days new bed linen. Very good and friendly service. Breakfast is a dream. All wishes will be fulfilled and more. For me best hotel in Iligan.

Best Breakfast during our vacation!!”
The included breakfasts were exceptional!! Even though the food was very well prepared with lots of flavor, there was too much food. We felt bad not being able to eat all the expensive grilled tuna steaks, calamares, the fresh fruits, and rice. we loved the cantaloupe shakes!! So Yummy. Room was simple but the AC worked well and the room met our needs. We would stay again. The only negative was the poor taxi service that the hotel called for us. The driver was not honest, lied to us, and demanded extra payment at the bus terminal (P450). His taxi had multiple issues (doors wouldn't open from the inside, no AC, no meter, very dirty). Our recommendation would be to reject any substandard taxi that arrives to transport you to your next destination.

Clean, Comfortable and A Caring Staff”
It was a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff were helpful, friendly and very accomodating. We felt safe because the place is located in a quiet village but we were near enough to try the better known restaurants. Our room looked and smelled clean. Amenities was basic (cable tv, a quiet fridge and good working aircon). We brought our own wifi but the signal throughout our stay was weak.Ultimately, we would love to stay in Caprice Residences again despite seeing two other"better" hotels. Caprice is an attractive place and it only having six rooms makes it a plus!

Ok(ish), overpriced”
The place is not bad bad but definietly overpriced. Rooms are clean and of decent standard. Breakfast was a disaster. We got 1 egg and one slice of cheese per person plus a few shrimps (?). When I asked to provide a bit more food they basically ignored me. I left the place hungry and angry.

Probably the best hotel in Iligan”
I found this hotel a welcome contrast to another central Iligan hotel that I stayed at on my previous visit. And checking the other reviews on Iligan hotels, it seems that they all suffer from poor cleanliness as well as noise. It was a relief to be able to find a hotel where I could actually sleep without loud music or a suffocating mold smell. The taxi driver did not know where the hotel was, so it is a good idea to bring a location map with you. (Take a screenshot of Agoda's map.) It is a little out of the way, but within walking distance of shops. Its out-of-the-way position may be why it is so quiet, which is a good thing. I found the price a bit high for a 2-star hotel. But given the (lack of) alternatives in Iligan, it is worth it.

Nice private residence”
It was pleasant. The hotel itself is like a home, with very helpful and courteous staff, and the place itself is clean and well-maintained. It's quiet and recommended for those who seek privacy. Need to improve on the bed though, and no signage/guide from the highway as the location is inside a subdivision. So it's hard to find the place especially if it's your first time. Also, no other forms of transportation available except the pedicabs (human-driven tricycles). But overall, it's a good stay and highly recommended as there are limited choices in Iligan.

Great Staff and Quiet Place!”
Overall, it was great. Their staff is very accommodating, especially Ate Joan, our receptionist/tour guide. We are the only guests during that time so the place is very quiet and well maintained. The owner checks on us always ensuring that we are well treated. The room is average with queen size bed, own bath with hot and cold shower and wifi with reasonable speed. Since it is inside a subdivision, you need to ride a tricycle or taxi going in/out to the city proper, fortunately, the guard assisted us whenever you need one. Breakfast is served as requested but lunch and dinner are accessible once you get to the city proper. If you need your trip planned out, they are happy to assist you.

Chambre un peu petite et climatisation insuffisante et bruyante ( à revoir) . Propreté parfaite et excellent petit déjeuner avec petit jardin superbe - Le personnel est parfait - parfait pour séjour pas trop long .
