"good overnight stop in Amsterdam if you just need to rest and catch a plane in the morning. free shuttle bus to and from airport runs on the half hour. staff friendly and helped me print out boarding pass from computer, room quiet and quite comfortable, friendly bar in lobby..building design and interior standard, not interesting. downside, neighborhood nothing, can't go out and too far from central town to enjoy Amsterdam. very good if this is all you need at a good price. with more time i would like to see a little of Amsterdam. to get downtown you really need to go back to the airport on the shuttle bus and take a train to town, not too late as shuttle stops at 11:30 I think. with more time I might book in town."

"To be perfectly honest, due to the price, location and the fact that it was a hostel, I wasn't expecting a great deal from The ClinkNOORD. We've visited Amsterdam over 20 times and have stayed in some high end hotels as well as some complete dives, however this was our first time staying in a hostel. I've passed by some of the hostels in the RLD and they are far from welcoming, so I assumed that the ClinkNOORD would be more or less the same...I was wrong!!! The ClinkNOORD may look like an old industrial unit from the outside, but once inside you are met with an extremely clean, brightly lit and friendly reception area, and branching off from that some chill out/study areas, a bar and kitchen. Our stay here was fantastic, the only thing I can fault is the thin long flat pillows, which even doubled up and placed between your arm and head are not sufficient. Bring your own pillow or prop it up with some clothes under it. We didn't eat at the ClinkNOORD so couldn't review the Food/Dining section (hence 3 stars). Would we stay here again? Definitely YES. The ClinkNOORD will be our first choice in the future and will remain so if they maintain the current standard and pricing structure."

"The receptionist personnel all that I came into contact with on my visit may 6,2019 through May 8,2019 excellent even to the gentleman who helped me take my luggage to the tram because I was too close to Amsterdam central. I was unable to use the wellness center 😥😂 But next time. I have already recommended your hotel and Amsterdam to friends. To be honest I was in Paris prior to my arrival if had known, I would have spent more time at your hotel and Amsterdam. I felt comfortable and safe. As solo traveler.Thank you lorna gunness "

"We chose this solely as we have an early flight out. Room was really spacious, modern and clean. Free shuttle bus from airport based on scheduled. Travelling to Amsterdam Central was easy via train from airport. Need to be mindful to add in these train transport cost (ard 5 euros per trip per pax) and travelling time when deciding to book the hotel. Staffs in general were not very friendly when we approached them for some Q & A. But all in all, would recommend it but only if you have early or late flight out from airport."

"I can recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to stay a few nights in Amsterdam. As mentioned the friendly staff was extraordinarily there to help in any case. The rooms were clean, beds very comfy, absolute darkness possible with curtains, loudspeaker box from Marshall, rain simulating shower, nespresso machine, ..... all thumbs up And try the breakfast! It’s not very cheap but absolutely worth the money (fresh omelettes, pancakes and much more). Total recommendation!!!"
