Ko Pha-ngan hotels & accommodations

It is one of the best hotels on Koh Phangan that I was very impressed with and would like to return to stay here again on another occasion. On the first day of check-in, we received a welcoming flower garland along with a choice of welcome drinks, and the staff here are polite, friendly, and lovely. They are very helpful and provide great recommendations. One day, when...

We'll be coming back. It was a fantastic place for real downtime. Unbelieveably beautiful, with intricate wood carving details everywhere. Stunning curated Thai feel, with elegance and seclusion that reminded us of our much more pricey stay at an Aman hotel on a more afforadable scale. No decisions about where to eat or how to get there, everything is taken care of, bu...

All employees are polite and friendly. The rooms are clean and impeccable. Access to the beach is good, and if you swim about 50 meters offshore, you can see corals and fish. There is a convenience store nearby, and the prices are the same as normal prices in the city, making it convenient for shopping.

Milky Bay continues to be one of our favourite places to stay on the island. The rooms are spacious and immaculate, with everything you could need—mini bar, TV, stereo, hairdryer, and a waterfall shower in the ensuite wetroom. The beds are big and comfy, and the food is beyond exceptional (served all day!). The location is perfect too, close to shops, the pier, and bar...

The room is comfortable and very spacious. The morning view is beautiful. The dining area is nice but a bit too hot because it might be open-air. The air conditioning in the ground floor room is a bit noisy; it might be an older unit. But overall, everything is very good, and the staff are very helpful.

The hotel is located on a hill with incredible sea views and beautiful greenery. There are many restaurants and beaches nearby but you need to walk down (and eventually back up) the hill for these, however the hotel arranges a free shuttle service to secret beach and back and also many taxis pass by the main road. The pool area is the highlight, beautiful infinity pool...

I stayed for 8 days and it was great. There was a cannabis store nearby, and they delivered the bike rental and also picked it up when I returned it. Arranging a taxi to the boat docking area for my return was also no problem. Daily house cleaning and light snack service were provided. The size of the pool was just right. I didn't use the restaurant; I enjoyed Thai foo...

The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was one of the comfiest we’ve stayed in whilst travelling Thailand and the air con unit was nice and quiet. Salad beach is stunning and quiet with a few nice restaurants on it too. Breakfast at the hotel was good too. I would say you would have to be able to ride a scooter to make the most of staying here. You can hire th...

This is my second stay here. The accommodation is located a distance from the pier, but you can drive a motorcycle from the pier to here. It is conveniently located near a 7-Eleven and popular cafes. The room is nice, the air conditioning is cool, and all bathroom amenities are complete. The staff is helpful. If I come again, I will definitely stay for a third time.

We had a fabulous stay here at patila lodge. Its right on the beach. We had a pool view bungalow and its was a good size and clean. Bed was really comfortable. The staff were great and there was a good selection of food at the resteraunt and reasonable prices. Breakfast was included, which was also nice. Its right on the beach with the netted swimming area right infron...

Absolutely loved my stay here! ✨ This hotel truly made my vacation in Koh Phangan unforgettable. The staff are all kind and greet you with smiles, making for a pleasant experience. Breakfast offers a variety of choices. Bread and drinks are free. There is also porridge and noodles available. My second stay here. Always my favourite hotel in Haad Rinn. Great location for Full Moon Party, secure scooter parking, the staff are the nicest people make you feel so welcome. I stayed at Phangan Bayshore Resort for three nights and had a fantastic experience. It was nice to relax with the sound of the waves right in front of the sea. The restaurant was not expensive and the food was delicious. The room was spacious and comfortable. I would recommend it for families. However, it might be a bit inconvenient for young people or those with a lot of activities. It's in Hotrin, but you have to walk a bit to get to Hotrin Bea...

Our stay for 2 days was wonderful. The staff and service were excellent and the location was superb. The restaurant is only open for breakfast but there are multiple options available, just a short walk on the beach. The 2C bar perched on the cliff is a must-visit. Just call them and they will send a taxi for pick-up and drop-off at a cost.

The hotel is located in a lodging area near Rin Beach, close to convenience stores, restaurants, and bars. Car rental services are available. The number of rooms is limited. The front desk staff provides good and friendly service. The rooms have windows, are spacious, and comfortable. If you need a hairdryer, you can inform the hotel. Disadvantages: The rooms are not ...

Loyfa has a quiet secluded location with nice big infinity pool next to their private beach. It was quite pricey for what it was, accommodations were quite old and need update. Experience is very different in the standard double rooms next to the loyfa entrance vs bungalows/villas near the waterfront. Staff was wonderful and very helpful.
Cheap places to stay in Ko Pha-ngan

Second time I stay here and there's always good vibes, the staff is not only friendly but super helpful with anything you need. It feels like being in a house party with a living room always full of friends but despite that I had no problems sleeping. The dorms and bathroom are not the most fancy and there could be some improvements but it's what you could expect from...

Great bungalows, has everything you need, large fridge, smart Tv , aircon etc. Great value for money. Room is spacious, and very comfortable bed. Quiet in the evenings, so you can get a good nights sleep. Great for short and Long stays, very good affordable restaurant right on the corner and almost opposite the seven eleven. Loved my stay here, and extended my stay a...

the facilities aren't the fanciest, and there are some ant friends in the room, but if you're okay with that, the beautiful natural environment (extreme closeness to the beach) is to die for. I wake up hearing the gentle lapping of waves against the little seawall. I walk 30 meters and my feet are in the water. I love this place.

1. The toilet tap makes a loud noise, it continues until the tank is filled / In the bowl, the sound of water is plopping. 2. The air conditioner is loud; if you set the fan to low, it's very noisy. You have to set the fan to high; the sound will lessen, but it's still noisy and on top of that, it gets colder. 3. I can hear sounds from the neighboring room. 4. There ar...

I had an absolutely beautiful stay at Mai Pen Rai Bungalows in Than Sadet , Koh Phangan. If you’re looking for rest, peace, and uninterrupted quiet, I highly recommend this place. It's just a short walk to the beach, and there's a convenience store nearby, which is convenient. For breakfast, fruit and bread are provided. You can also buy eggs and cook them yourself. The shower has low water pressure, but there's no problem. It's an ideal place to relax on the beach.

I stayed in a double room one night and a single the next and both were great! Air con was really good and not too loud and the beds are comfy! It is located on a busy street and loud until early hours but this is described in the listing and I was still able to sleep ok. Friendly staff I would stay again

I’ve been around the world and stayed in many of the most renowned hotels but this place was among the most beautiful and ideally located that I’ve even experienced. The Cabin Resort is a great choice if you want to stay near Haad Rin but away from the crowds. It offers a quiet, private atmosphere with beautiful views and a nice pool that my kids loved. Had a very nice stay here. Nice and very helpful staff. Nice place, good location not far from the pier of Haad Rin and a little town in Haad Rin, easy to find shops and restaurants. Facilities in the room and hotel are perfect. Food is good. Close to the beach. Fantastic view for sunset. :)

We stayed for two nights, and if we knew how good this place was for us before, we would have book it for two weeks! The hotel's team is so friendly and the most helpful we've met so far on our trip, breakfast is great, the beach is the most beautiful we've seen, the room was amazing and the small village nearby is a gem. We will return to this hotel 100%!

Small island you can travel around in one day on motorbike. But with very different beaches, some really very quiet and beautiful, some very busy full of party people.
We went to Phangan on a day trip. I would not recommend it. You have to hire a boat taxi to get out there and once there you are stuck.
It is most famous for its Full Moon party, which sees the area swell with young tourists. Afterwards, the numbers of tourists drops as there is more to do on the other islands which make up the Samuis.
dunno why so many people go there - no good sea and beaches, locals (вurmese) are very unfriedly. i recommend attend only full moon party, that's all.
Its a Beautiful Island with full of Green & beaches,Good for Couples & for the Party only the moon Parties are suggested, the Clubs are & nightlife is not that great nor the activities.
If want to stay calm area, thong sala is the choice, but the beach is not friendly to swim. Have to go to other beach, Haad Rin, Haad Yao, Koh Ma.
Koh Phangan is very big island about 30 minutes far from Koh Samui by high speed catamaran, there are many waterfalls in the national park , many nice beaches ,lots of good restaurants and hotels and lots of parties in this island.
Based on what the locals say, this island receives about 5 - 6 times the no. of tourists during full moon party dates and super peak blocks compared to the rest of peak season.
Great place We intended to do all the islands but came here and made it our base and just visited the others.
Southern Part is Haar Rin Beach full of parties with nice beach but with very craggier road ahead to.
I loved the island of Koh Phangan. Very beautiful beaches, water and warm people. The full moon parties held here are famous, lots of fun! Great place to snorkel, lie in the sun and do nothing.
I loved Koh Phangan. I've been going to Thailand for 15 years and had always steered clear of it because of the reputation of the full moon parties (avoid August apparently).
Beautiful beaches and fun place to party with other tourists, but if you're looking for a Thai culture experience, this is NOT the place to go.
Just visited for my second time and I can say the island is the fasted devolping tourist spot I've ever been to, within 18 months time i feel like it's gone from a chill somewhat foreign feeling island to going and visiting a china town in the U.
Nice Island, not much to do actually besides some highlights, during the full moon parties it's crowded.
Koh Phangan is an Island of Suratthani similar size as Koh Samui but still more natural than Koh Samui People also friendly as a tourist place Beautiful beached especially Thong Nai Pan Beach Manything to explore in Koh Pha Ngan
Koh Phangan has changed a lot over the years, it use to be a place where one could go and relax, take some tail boats around the islands.
Koh Phangan is a nice island in the Gulf of Thailand offering activities for nearly any interest group, dining, sports, nightlife, beaches etc.
Don't hire a bike unless you really have hadalot of experience, the bikes for hire usually have no tread on tyres and there is a lot of sand and gravel on the roads, get songtheaw taxis, they're cheap enough or use a water taxi to get to other beaches
We went for the exciting full moon party at haad Rin and stayed for a couple of more days to watch Koh Phangan.
there are many different parties on the island. jungle party, half-moon party, full-moon party, etc.
One of my favorite places in the world. Whether you want to party hard at the full-moon party or relax at a secluded resort Koh Phangan can offer whatever you want.
It is a little bit expensive for the flight ticket to Koh samui when compared to the other parts of Thailand but it is certainly worth it!
very beautiful Island , if you go to Haad rin and you want a remote beach go to the coco hut beach- beautiful and quiet very close and almost not known to anyone take a trip to Haad sadet waterfalls there are many nice tours sold on every tourist booking shop make sure you take one and go with good camera - if you can , take a waterproof camera and a waterproof bag the boats dont have pier and you need to swim to the boat make sure your stay is either on "halfmoon party or full moon party try to stick to one resturant which doesnt make you sick.
A nice place to visit for the beautiful sandy beaches and great nightlife. would recommend travelling in a group for max.
Good for anybody that looking for quite and some fun when they have an activities i.e. Full moon party, Half moon party, Shiva moon party, Dark moon party or pool party etc.
Its the Ibiza of Thailand, so if you are a family or not interested in all night parties, or being kept awake by them, chose your location well.
Koh Phangan is a great beach in Thailand If you want go to the party that who drink a lot you can go in here.
Koh phangan is a beatiful area ,Haad Rinn is exceptional,i was there when no full moon party eas on ,but still plenty of people around, this is a great spot to relax.
Koh Phangan is a beautiful islands in the southern part of Thailand there are many interesting things mixing together from the nice beach good food and the very funny Fullmoon party.

Everything was satisfactory, including the view, the swimming pool, the room condition, and the staff's attitude. It was really good for the price. I have stayed at various hotels on Koh Phangan, but I think there is no other place where young Western travelers gather and have a good time as much as this hotel. The staff is also...

I really enjoyed my stay here. The resort has a beautiful tropical garden, a clean pool, a lovely beach, and a great location with a 7-Eleven and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The friendly staff welcomed us, and the room was kept clean. The shower provided hot water and was not fixed. The water pressure was moderate.
