It was highly appreciated that the staff took good care of the fruits when we asked for luggage storage. They helped us to put into the fridge to keep them fresh. Onsen opened from 3pm-10am was enjoyable. Free ramen with good taste was served from 930pm-11pm every night. Although it is far away from JR Miyazaki station, it was easy to reach by bus. Bus schedule was frequent. The hotel was located in the heart of Miyazaki surrounded with many restaurants and department stores. Highly recommended."

"This hotel was definitely great value for money. The room was larger with a bigger than average bathroom than most typical japanese hotels for similar value. Facilities are all new. I stayed in a 12th floor, true non-smoking room. The facilities and bed were all comfortable to sleep on. As Miyazaki is country side, it is expected that it may be a little difficult to get around. Having the hotel attached to the train, bus and taxi rank made it much easier to travel if you do not wish to walk. There are also heaps of places nearby for food and gifts. Staff are extremely friendly and are able to confidently speak in English. I will use this Hotel again when I visit Miyazaki in future."
