"We stayed at this resort for a wedding. To be honest i didn't really find the hotel or [pool area as beautiful as other hotels on the beach in Tulum. The food was fairly average in the hotel resturants, the buffet breakfast was probably the best though. The drinks were great though! Hotel was clean and well maintained, the rooms were nice but nothing super special. We found the hotel staff were always trying to upsell you - we got a $200 USD voucher to apparently use on hotel facilities but when we went to the desk you were only allowed to spend $30 on the soa, $40 on something else. We were a young couple and so it wasn't really suited for us but it might be better suited for families or older couples. Also the hotel is not near anything on the beach so you can't walk to explore other places you need to get a taxi. And the beach where the hotel is is very rocky so hard to stand in the water. We preferred the beach on the other side (near the hotel Nomade) !"
