Family Friendly ”
We are enjoying our stay at Dreams Sands. The resort is a nice size to navigate. There are 2 pools. It is next to impossible to get seats around the main pool. There were chairs open as late as 9:30 at the second pool area and lots available at the beach. Our room is very spacious and comfortable being the corner suite with preferred status. There is one breakfast a la carte you have access to with preferred plus an 8th floor lounge for check in and daily reception (food and drinks). We are staying on the fifth room and haven’t taken advantage of that at all. Our older children have their own room - double with a partial ocean suite. It is small but adequate for sleeping. It’s hot here as expected. The rooms are nice and air conditioned but the hallways, elevators and main spaces in the hotel including the buffet are seemly not air conditioned. The staff are amazing and work very hard to make this an excellent holiday for you. That goes for the entertainment staff, bar staff and restaurant staff. This is very much a family friendly hotel. There are no organized activities after 9:30-10:00. If you are looking for a party or dance disco this is not your place. I do wish it had so more amenities such as a games room, arcade type space to share some family time together. All in all, a very nice place to spend a week!

Rooms can be more updated for the money but otherwise than that it was a great experience. One more things is the drinks are really water down other wise than that great customer service and stay overall.

Great All-Inclusive. ”
Great restaurants! Great pools. There were 2 detractors. 1) The seaweed was horrible and they would not allow you to go far enough out to get to the blue water. 2) Jet ski were going non-stop. If you wanted to just sleep while getting some sun....the only sound you could hear is jest skis.

The location in Cancun is great, with a nice beach and close to the "downtown" hotel area (10 min walk). Staff is great and the hotel is fine. What is not that great is the food, rather blend with the twist that the Mexican food is really bad. The Italien resturant is the best.

Very crowded beach area and very rocky. Definitely not the place if you love being on the beach. Restaurant service not the best. Took an hour to get our meal. Balcony has no real view if you are sitting in the chair the cement half wall blocks your view. Won't stay again

Very disappointing ”
I don’t understand how this hotel has such good reviews. It’s extremely old, the elevators are really tiny, the food is so so. I had to change rooms several times. First they didn’t give me an ocean front view (what I paid for!) so they changed me. Then I called the front desk because I was extremely disappointed on this hotel (I had stay Ed at Dreams in Puerto Morelos and it’s way better) so they offered me to upgrade me to a room and it was the exact same room just more updated 🙄 Seriously don’t stay here. Also I was upset because they wouldn’t give me my bags when I got there UNTIL I SAT THROUGH A SHARED TIME talk. I had been traveling with my baby and was so ready to start my vacations and thats how I was welcomed. I don’t know if they pay people to give good reviews but there’s no way this hotel deserves more than 3 stars

The reason for choosing this hotel is because I was under the impression that this is an all exclusive adults only hotel. But we were surprised that the hotel was swarming with children. Nothing wrong with it but just false advertisement and misleading information. It was even briefed to us that it is an adults only hotel. Jacuzzi was one we were looking forward to was overcrowded by children. Beach also starts to smell like sewage.

Vivimos en Cancún y de vez en cuando nos gusta tomarnos dos días en un all inclusive para relajarnos y escogimos dreams sands por la playa , la playa muy bonita el hotel bien , esta viejo aunque se que lo Acaban de remodelar aunque se ve q solo fue el lobby , las habitaciones bien , las camas cómodas las almohadas muy gordas , la comida muy buena como todos los AMR, 4 albercas el servicio de la playa la Verdad medio hay muy poco personal En la playa entonces la mayor parte de tiempo tienes q ir tú a pedir las bebidas y hay muy poca variedad de marcas de bebidas si quieres ordeñar comida aunque seas prefered si no estás del lado de prefeeed no te pueden servir y el área del prefered de la playa por el viento no había sombrillas ni lugar y pues nos Hicieron excepción cosa que no debe de ser si eres prefered no importa donde estes sentado q te sirvan pero bueno al final todo bien … no ahh bebida prefered en la playa el bar prefered sirve lo mismo como 3 diferentes tequilas y ninguno bueno el tercer día que ya no íbamos sacaron mejor bebida pero en gral bien si nos gusto

칸쿤에서 있는 동안 아주 만족하면서 지냈습니다. 직원들도 친절하고, 각종 프로그램들도 유익했습니다. 식당의 음식도 맛있었습니다. 풀장이 다양하게 있어서 재밌게 놀 수 있었고, 해변에 파도가 세지 않아서 해수욕하기에도 좋았습니다.
