Each and every one of the staff members have great energy and are always warm and welcoming with their smiley faces :) . What blew me away the most.. was that I received a complimentary room upgrade - twice! (BIG thanks to Kervin at the front desk). First - was due to me requesting a non-smoking room so I was upgraded to the Deluxe King. Second - was due to the lock’s battery not operating so I was upgraded to the Fort Suite. Absolutely amazing service. Seriously. Just before I forget, I’d like to also mention that the room attendants, ‘Jayson Alipio’ and ‘Jerome Miranda’ did a wonderful job with tidying up the room. It’s heart-warming to see such happy staff who really love their work. F1 hotel has now become my favorite go to hotel in BGC when I need to unwind and unplug. Thanks F1 team!

The breakfast buffet is sumptuous. The facilities include a gym, a pool, and internet. It has everything that I want in a hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The bed is comfortable. The staff is efficient and attentive. The location is perfect. It is close to malls, supermarkets, restaurant, and many stores. I loved my stay.

Great location”
The hotel location is best if you are staying for St. Luke’s check up and shopping. You can just cross the road to get to the hospital and walk a block to get to the BGC High Street and just little bit more walking to Market! Market!. The staff are friendly, got an upgrade for the room and the facilities are clean. We had fun shopping and relaxation during our stay.

New Year Staycation with Family”
we had a very nice experience on our on the day booking on New Year's Eve at F1 Hotel Manila in BGC. The staffs are very accommodating and helpful. The location is in the heart of BGC where you can walk in nearby malls and food chains, the room is clean and organized. Our requests have been accomodated since then. :) Will probably go back another time :) Highly recommendable.

Good stay at F1! ”
We were able to book for 2 nights here and it was great overall! The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast included though wasn't buffet style unlike other hotels we've been to before, so that was a little disappointing. But the staff were all nice and accommodating and check in was smooth. Justbhad to present vax cards and that's it. Will definitely go back.

Value for money”
This is the only holiday check in that was fast. It took us less than 5mins. We were able to go in the room at 12nn, so that’s a little extra compared to the normal check in time at 2pm. Everything is just comfortable. The breakfast buffet that came with it was ok. The spread was enough to fill up our holiday tummy. We will definitely do it again this year! :)

Conveniently located by St. Luke's Medical Facility”
I had two separate bookings and the hotel graciously accommodated us so we didn't have to move to another room. The rooms were nice and clean. The people were kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to those needing a place nearby the hospital.

Had a pleasant experience ”
Stayed here with my family and everyone, from the guards downstairs , baggage keeper, front desk and utilities...They were nothing short of pleasant. The location is superb! Just in front of Landmark and super close to High Street. Grab deliveries are allowed outside and beds were comfy! The only comment I have is the breakfast selection, not so much variety but other than that, we had a wonderful stay!

BGC F1 Hotel is excellent”
We love staying at this hotel when we visit Manila for Table Tennis tournaments and training. The location is perfect for restaurants and shopping and the staff at the hotel are so friendly and always give excellent customer service. The buffet breakfast is very good with a varied choice of dishes. We will def be coming back!!

I'm an interior designer and whenever I need to go sourcing in the BGC area either with clients or myself, this is my go-to hotel. It's walking distance from many of my suppliers (CW Home Depot, West Elm/Pottery Barn, Mos Design, CWC, etc.). The room size is very spacious. The bed and linens are comfortable and good quality. The bathroom is a little tight but it's clean and the water pressure is strong. The buffet breakfast has a wide selection. Complimentary parking is available. A bonus when staying in this hotel is Kyosa Salon in the ground floor (they're known for their eyelash extensions!).

Slightly exceeds our expectations ”
Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place is.. it’s in the heart of the Taguig where you can walk in BGC. Breakfast was okay and its a buffet by the way. There’s a queue, the staff there in the restaurant should be more accommodating. We checked the pool, hmm it needs improvement on how i saw it that day, the water is a bit cloudy. The housing line was not reachable (there is no towels in our bathroom when we arrived). Still it’s a so-so experience. Thank you.

Staycation for 2”
Stayed a night here. Was lucky to get a parking slot. Guard was kind to give us a VIP parking space. Check-in was fast at the 5th floor. Building is also a residential bldg. Had a number of small elevators so might need to wait a bit to get a ride. Asked for a single bed room and was lucky to get an upgrade (not sure why it would be 2 single beds thou). Upgraded room was huge and even had complimentary chocolates at the bed side. Room only had 1 set of towels, had to ask 4x to be able to get it. They were apologetic, but really ate up our time waiting. Location is very convenient to go around BGC. Breakfast was buffet with an okay food options. Seating thou was a bit limited. Appreciate though the quick action of the employees to have everyone seated. Fave was the omelette section. Pool was nice though we didn't try as felt a bit stuffy as its the same floor as the restaurant. Overall, will recommend though only if there was a discounted rate as tis a bit pricey.

The finest hotel in town”
Our stay at F1 was outstanding. F1 is located in the middle of Global City, across the street from S&R, Home Depot and Saint Luck's hospital, a pharmacy is located a block away so are fast food eateries, but the best eatery is the restaurant in the hotel. I think you will enjoy your stay atvF1 hotel.

Best Birthday Workation”
Spent my birthday here for 2 nights and since it fell on a weekday, we have to work too. After office hours we just went out just strolling bec bars and restos are “walkable” from F1! We need not bring our car to go out and be hassled by skyhigh parking fees. Highly recommended!

Staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly and special mention to Lorrie, Irvin and Chan (floor room attendant) for helping me with the little incident in the room. Special mention to Nep as well who shared a lot of tips and advice for solo traveler like myself.
