Very Nice property, excellent staff, the rooms are pretty big. The pool is very nice, but is not heated, sometimes can be very cold. No disco, just bars.

Seek elsewhere for better all-inclusive resorts”
TIP: Upon check-in, do NOT allow them to schedule you into a time share sales pitch (which they’ll disguise as resort orientation). During COVID these packages go from an already poor value to a complete waste of time to even consider. Overall a very clean place. Alcohol is not stocked in the fridge due to COVID (I don’t see why), so you’ll need to call for any beverages, with an average wait time of 40min. The food here is simply awful, not fresh and not quality, nowhere near 4-star resort level, no need for further details. At one lunch service, I didn’t get waited on until 30min after being seated, and saw many other getting served first when they arrived after me. They were a complete mess. If the hotel unable to accommodate the number of guests, they should limit the amount of bookings. Service at restaurants was very consistently slow but that was outrageous.

Overall the hard rock was a decent all inclusive hotel. The food was decent, the facilities were clean and it didn’t feel too crowded. The kids pool/center was far from everything else so it wasn’t ideal for a 2 year olds, however it would probably be good for older (7+ Maybe?) kids. The biggest complaint while we were there was the slow elevators which was annoying. Other minor complaints would be that pool chairs were limited and people put there stuff on the good chairs at 7 AM and they stay empty half the day

Very old property. Some cosmetic upgrades when Hard Rock took over but does not compare well with neighboring hotels. Buffet and food in general is very marginal.

This is the wurst hotel i have ever been to. why? Service can't be more bad i had to multiple times call for the same thing because they don't come when u need anything. Quality of the food was the wurst i have ever seen including roomservice. i can basicly continue and continue....

Location is right in a perfect spot of hotel zone. 3 minute drive to downtown cancun but far enough away to have some quiet time on the beach if sought out. All inclusive foods, drinks were out of this world. There were never a time of the day or night you couldn't order food. Drinks stopped at 1am, at the lobby bar. Room service provided such high quality food i just was astonished

We stayed for 3 days and then went to the Ritz. At the age of 25, I really like Hard Rock more than the Ritz in Cancun. The atmosphere was relaxing and people are full of passion. Gym is way better than Ritz. Pool side has a lot of people with rock music almost all day. Really nice hotel, except the dirty spa bathtub.......

We had fun at this hotel. The liquors they use are the good ones and they don’t cheap out. Compare to other all inclusive hotels I stayed before. As soon as you enter the lobby there is a bartender that can make drinks for u. (On certain hours, I think he is there 1pm to 4pm)There is a selection menu.We loved the uptown funk!! And all the other restaurants were superb! My only problem is I had so much fun with the food and drinks that I gained weight!! A lot of bars also to order ur fave cocktail. There is a lot of things to do that we only went once outside of resort. We even did a music video!

We stayed with a large group for a wedding. The rooms came with a jacuzzi overlooking the water which was nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The facilities could be updated as there weren’t enough lounge chairs on the beach or they weren’t being monitored as people would leave the towels but no one would clean them up. We did not get to enjoy the food much due to the wedding, but we were told it was good.

Cheap feel... food was bad... sewer smell in lobby”
We stayed only 1 night then moved hotels because of the bad experience. 5 different groups said they felt like the pool bar roofied them. The food was cheap and basic. The only good part was the layout of the pool. The rooms needed maintance, dark bathrooms. Overall the staff and food felt corny and cheap. The bars died by 11pm. Everyone went to bed early. The few people up were saying they passed out around 6pm that they thought they were roofied. I don't think I will ever stay with this brand hotel again. It definently doesn t live up to its name.

This place charges $250 per guest if you want to bring guests back with you. It is mostly families. Not the spot for singles to go. Very clean and safe though!

Primer día la puerta no abría me cambiaron a una habitación de rango inferior, no me dieron los servicios de la diferencia de habitación y me devolvieron el dinero de la diferencia pretendían que rellenara mil formularios y perdiera mis vacaciones para poder solicitar un rembolso y no sería 100% seguro ni al acto sería después de mis 8 días de estancia, nadie atendía al teléfono para room service, un día no funcionó el agua caliente, otro día no limpiaron la habitación y otro tuve que avisarles por la tarde para que la limpiaran, con la tarjeta costaba mucho abrir la puerta infinidad de veces tenía que pasarla, no me querían conceder el late check out y me cobraron 120€ por una hora que les pedí. Me decepcionó la cadena hard rock. Pero aprendí algo NUNCA MAS VOLVERÉ. No malgasten su dinero en este hotel os lo digo de corazón. Me la paso viajando todo el año y no soy de poner malos review pero esta vez fue algo que me superó. Muy triste.

Wir reisen sehr viel und haben einen gewissen Anspruch, daher war es für uns selber diese Tage eine neue Erfahrung All inklusive zu buchen. Ich muss aber sagen, dass die Qualität am Tage sehr gut war an allen Stationen wird nur frisch zubereitet und die Themen Restaurant waren mehr als gut ! Die Auswahl an Essen Top die Auswahl an Getränken unglaublich es werden nur Premium Spirituosen verwendet nie gedacht !! Wir hatten eine Rock Star Suite würde ich jedem empfehlen da es einen separaten VIP Bereich im 3 Stock gibt mit 2 Pools, Restaurant und Bar . Der Pool Service unschlagbar ! Überall war der Service unglaublich ganz selten so was erlebt grossen respect ! Auch nie so ein sauberes Hotel gesehen. Ich kann dieses Hotel jedem Empfehlen der Strand Ferien machen möchte und der Strand das Meer fantastisch ! Waren im Hayatt in Playa die haben gegen Bezahlung jeder Leistung nicht den Service geschafft wie hier
