First time visit to Boracay”
The Good: 1. Value for money 2. Staff - Very warm and accommodating. Even though our flight arrived way ahead of the published check in time, the front office and housekeeping teams were able to come up with a room for us to occupy right away. This was very much appreciated as we had no proper sleep the night before as we have to arrive at the airport hours before flight departure. Thanks especially to Ms. Cyrene. 3. Room - Pretty big and offers generous amounts of usable space. 4. Breakfast selections - We stayed for 4D3N, and we were quite happy that the breakfast selections were changed daily. Guests will not grow tired of the breakfast options. 5. Amenities - Plenty of activities and places of interest in the resort. The 5 swimming pools, poolside / in-room massage options, restaurant / cafe, and pool side bar are some of the highlights of our stay. 6. Beach access - Just in case you find the activities in the resort to be too "tamed" for your taste, you can always head out to the beach to enjoy the famous Boracay sand and sea. There are plenty of shops and dining options to tickle your fancy. The Bad: 1. Hot / Cold Shower - This is me nitpicking but the shower takes time to heat up and cool down, and this caused some slight uncomfortable showering experience. 2. Too many people offering tour packages, restaurants, activities, and etc by the beach, to the point that it gets quite unpleasant already. This is expected in tourist spots such as Boracay so be prepared for this. 3. No elevators - If you are travelling with kids / adults needing special assistance, or just have too much baggage with you, expect a workout if you are assigned to 2nd / 3rd floors of the resort. Best to request for a room on the ground floor for easy access. The Verdict: This is my first time to Boracay, and we've definitely made the right decision to stay with Henann Garden Resort. There will always be a next time for Boracay, and we hope to stay in Henann Garden again, or we

How incredible resort”
My wife and I stayed at this resort for 5 nights and 6 days. The high quality and location of the room compared to the price are also great advantages, but above all, I would like to talk about employee service. My wife said she has low blood pressure and low blood sugar, so she sometimes collapses, but I've never seen her in person. On Christmas morning, while I was bringing breakfast, my wife suddenly collapsed, and I was very embarrassed. However, the staff responded very quickly, and especially the manager, who seemed to be the manager, recognized his wife's symptoms at a glance and took action. Thanks to the quick response of the managers and staff, I was able to come to my senses safely. I was able to finish my trip with only good memories, so if I visit Boracay again next time, I would definitely like to stay at this resort again.

Pros - located station 2 - can easily go to the beach area - pools are nice and clean - rooms are cozy and from all the hotels ive stayed in 7 days, Henann is where i slept really well -soft beds and soft pillows -buffet breakfast has a wide selection -organize and accomodating Cons -if you are looking for peace and quiet beach front, this location is not for you They are strict with their policies which is understadable for safety of the guest. Also I would like to commend Ms Vanessa for a hassle free check in. She is very friendly and accomodating which made us feel more welcomed. Thank you sir Jessel in assisting us with our baggage. The kids definitely love the pool and the hotel which makes one of them cried when we are about to leave. They wanted to stay more but we have to transfer to another hotel. We would definitely stay again if we ever go back to Boracay.

The Henann staff were very nice and accommodating. They even gave us a welcome treat and a nice letter. The breakfast buffet could use some more variety (we were there for 8 days so we know how often they change the food choices) but they were good anyways. The room was very comfy, and it was always cleaned. There's no Netflix or any streaming on the TV, but you'll spend most of your time outside anyway coz it's Boracay. And if you get tired of the beach (for which they also provide towels and mats), there are several pools inside the resort for you to have fun in.

Surprisingly delightful stay”
I’m used to staying at the Henann Regency over the years and I always pass by the Henann Garden and thought it’s subpar compared to Regency. But I was wrong. Both have the best services and amenities in Boracay. Henann is definitely the best brand in Boracay! My only concern was they don’t reply to inquiries sent via Agoda messages, unlike with my experience booking with Prime Beach and Regency - those two other Henann properties are very fast in responding through Agoda messages. I had to search for the number and contact the Garden reservations directly to have our airport transfer scheduled. It would have been better if the Garden has someone assigned to messages sent to them thru Agoda - it would have made the experience seamless. I gave this feedback to the check in receptionist and apparently they prefer to be contacted directly instead of the Agoda App. It’s disappointing but I hope they hear this concern. I bet a lot of guests have sent then messages thru the Agoda app to no avail.

I was surprised!”
I was actually surprised with Henann Garden Resort! During my stay in Boracay Island on the first 2 weeks of November, I stayed on a different Hotel and I always pass by Henann Garden and it seems very silent and don't have people checked in at all. I was told that their swimming pools were under treatment or renovation that's why they don't really have clients as of that moment. Come 3rd week of November, I was back in Boracay Island and decided to here in this hotel, during out checkin time, I was surprised that there were a lot of guests checking in at the same time and got curious. Upon exploring the whole area of the Hotel, I was amazed with what I've seen. Everything was to my liking and taste. There were a lot of pools to use and they all look super clean and newly treated. There were a lot of sun loungers beside the pools to stay and there were a lot of trees which makes the place more relaxing. There are a lot of rooms and they really have a huge space for people to roam around and chill. I was also surprised with the room that was given to us, The room has its own balcony which is a really huge plus since the view was just the pool outside and aside from the 2 bed, there's also a small sofa inside the room which i didn't expect. The food selection was good and all their staff were accommodating and courteous, very good customer service. My overall stay was very good and I would definitely stay here again if I return to this beautiful island with my friends or family.

this is the third time that me and friends stayed at hennan garden and as always, we enjoyed our stay... it was really very good value for money and what we liked best was how the staff attended to our needs... the front office and reception people were very accommodating since we had to add one more person to our party at the last minute and they did their best to make sure that our requests were accommodated from the rooms to the transfers, the breakfast staff were also very friendly and cordial as well as the pool personnel and the housekeeping... all in all, aside from the ambiance, food and overall experience, it was really the people the people of hennan garden that made our experience very enjoyable :)

Indeed one of the best hotels”
We definitely enjoyed our stay at Hennan. Garden. Staff are very accommodating. Entire place is clean. You'll see that they conduct their sanitation everyday. The breakfast buffet that they serve is always different from yesterday. They make sure that they attend to all your requests. We're really taken care of during our stay. I also love that it's located at station 2, where you can find most of the affordable resto, gift shop and bars. So if you're looking for a good place to stay while you're in Boracay, Hennan is the place to be. ♥

Practicality and Luxury at your grasp”
We just stayed for one night just to have a Hennan experience since I‘ve seen their group of hotels on my previous visits in Boracay. It definitely did not disappoint. The rooms are amazing, spacious and clean. My favorite part is the pool. The staff are nice and they gave us an incredible massage and hair braiding services in the evening after we went on our day activities. My favorite part was the 4 swimming pools and their direct accessibility from the rooms. 🥰

Great location, nice amenities and friendly staff”
Booked 3 rooms with my friends and the front desk receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. She looked for the best adjacent rooms available so we can early check in for free. There are 4 pools and are clean. The buffet breakfast was also delicious. The front beach can be accessed through the private alley beside KFC which was very useful on late-night walks from dinner and partying.

Family Vacation”
We had our yearly summer family vacation in Boracay and we chose Hennan Garden Resort as to location and amenities wise 10/10. We booked 4 rooms during our stay, 3 Deluxe rooms (1Queen1single) and 1 premier room with pool access. The hotel has its own beach front access and close to some known restaurants in stn.2. There are 4 big outdoor pools, clean facilities, very accommodating staffs and excellent service. Just keep it in mind that there is a certain deposit required per room per night upon check-in, which we were not aware of the amount and almost maxed out our pocket money,hahaha.. But, overall we had a great time in Hennan!

Best Hotel in Boracay”
We stayed for 3 nights at deluxe room. we booked 2 room since we are 4 adults. The room was so spacious, the bed was too comfy, the bathroom was so big & spacious. Our room has a veranda, so relaxing, And just a few minutes we can go to the beach. I would recommend this hotel. Very nice, staff was very accommodating, specially , Ms Marlyn of Garden Cafe when we have our 3 days breakfast. the Food was so good. we will definitely book this hotel again when we travel to Boracay.

good location, clean room, good service”
We stayed here last Sept 6 to 9 2022, place is clean, staff are courteous and helpful. We were surprised when we swam at night at their pool, water is warm, which made our night swimming very delightful. Their beach access is also a plus point, so we can swim at the beach then back to our room to shower in a matter of minutes only. Their location also gives us quick access to d'mall and other restos.

Excellent room and perfect location”
We had a wonderful stay in Henann Garden Resort. Our room has perfect size, well maintained and excellent location going to the White Beach and to D Mall, and one e-trike away from activity areas or if you have more time you can even walk there. The free breakfast and free water is a plus! I highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect choice”
Good location. Nice breakfast buffet. The massage service is good. Nice staff. We booked some activities from the hotel but I suggest that you could tell your guests that you have such services when they checked in and tell them that some activities need to be booked in advance. We were not told this so we actually wasted a lot of time on making arrangement. One thing that my friend and I were unhappy with was that we booked the mainland zipline and ATV. A person in charge picked us up from and hotel and took us to the port. We stood under the sun for around 20 mins after which we were told that the activity had been fully booked…we were then driven back to hotel and we waited for 1 hour before someone picked up us for another activity.

Best Boracay Staycation”
First, the staff in Henann Garden are all accomodating —from front desk to room services, cafe, security, pool bar, everyone. There is also a direct access to the beach which is relatively similar to being a beach front resort. The pools are daily maintained which makes them surely clean everyday and makes them safe even for pregnant women. Last, the rooms are extremely nice and neat.
