Due to the structure of the hotel, room layouts may vary even for the same room type. The room photos are examples only.

To follow the Invoice System, one receipt will be issued for each payment or transaction. Receipts that split the room fee for one night or for only part of the total amount cannot be issued.

Effective Wednesday, April 1, 2026, our hotel will revise breakfast prices as follows:

Notice of Accommodation Tax Introduction (From July 1, 2026)
Thank you very much for your continued patronage of Art Hotel Miyazaki Sky Tower.
In order to improve the visitor environment to meet increasingly diverse needs, enhance tourism content, and promote comfortable city development for tourism, Miyazaki City has decided to introduce an Accommodation Tax to secure stable financial resources to implement these measures proactively and continuously.
Accordingly, for stays from Wednesday, July 1, 2026, guests will be required to pay the accommodation tax.

Accommodation Tax
Applicable from: Stays checking in on Wednesday, July 1, 2026 and onward
Tax amount: JPY 200 per person per night
Payment Method
Pay on-site at check-in.
This applies even to prepaid reservations (the tax must still be paid on-site at check-in).
Important Notes
The tax applies even if the reservation was made before July 1, 2026.
All guests who are charged an accommodation fee are subject to the tax.
Not included in the accommodation fee (examples): meal charges, meeting/banquet venue fees, consumption tax, bathing tax, parking fees, etc.

Reservations using free accommodation vouchers are non-taxable.
However, if you use points from booking sites or invitation/prize vouchers, the accommodation fee is calculated based on the price before discounts, and the stay will be taxable.
