Best hotel in Pattaya for the money. I hate to write this review because next time I plan to stay it will be fully booked and more expensive...but that is the way it goes...The hotel is near Second Road and Soi 4. Out of the BAM BAM bar area across Second Road. Beautiful pool and great breakfast included. If you ask for a higher floor...say floor six or over...you will have an ocean view from your room. The TV channels suck...only BBC and something else...Internet good...wifi...you may have to move toward the window for best wifi. Staff excellent..helpful...it is a new hotel...opened in March 2012..I have stay there twice and upon my recommendation...my friends stayed twice too...I will not stay in any other hotel in Pattaya...walk to Second Road take Baht buss or walk down soi 5 or 6 to the beach and take baht bus to the mall...plenty of great restaurants in mall...go to 5 or 6th floor. Take baht bus back on Second Road..off at Soi 4..short walk to hotel...I write this review reluctantly because I know it will difficult to get a room there after telling everyone what a great place @Mind Residence Hotel is for the quality of rooms and money it will be difficult for me to get a room there in the future.

March hotel is a brand new property which provides you with best in class amenities within affordable price. I booked this hotel from Agoda with expectations of getting a class facility similar to April and August suites as the owner is same - and the hotel exceeded my expectations - I have previously stayed in April suites also so I trusted this new property - really they kept my trust. This hotel is managed, staffed and maintained to the highest degree and is excellent value for money. It is Located near to Tops supermarket( Central Pattaya) in a quiet street (very common in Thailand provincial towns), but the nightlife is only 3-4 minutes away. This may not be a 5 start luxury hotel but the interior design, decoration and layout makes it a very comfortable stay. The balcony is big, the fridge is big, the pool is well designed - in short it is much better than many of the 4 star establishments in Pattaya and elsewhere. I stayed with my 4 friends and one couple - all of them may not be free to write a review but on their behalf too it was rated the best value for money hotel. The receptionist Miss Julia took great care for all of us - she is very polite and caring. We started our stay very next day of the Grand opening of the hotel and I am sure the standards will be maintained in the coming years too. To close this review at last I would like to add - I really enjoyed my stay here, believe me and you will also.

We booked here last minute after a terrible experience at a budget guesthouse nearby. Talk about a total turn-around! The staff was absolutely lovely from the time we arrived to the time we checked out. We immediately felt welcome and comfortable. The room was well appointed and homey with a nice big comfy bed. The room service was prompt and delicious (I had the steak and my partner had the burger). All the staff from the front desk to house keeping to the servers both room service and in the breakfast room were warm and kind which was so refreshing. The breakfast buffet was good and the coffee was the best I've had in Thailand. When we checked out the front desk arranged a taxi to take us back to Bangkok no problem, everything was so painless we almost didn't want to leave! Unfortunately, Pattaya itself wasn't our kind of city so we will likely not return to this hotel but we will remember this great experience and be on the lookout for other Adelphi properties in our travels.

You just could not imagine that you could pay for less than HK$500 to get a four star hotel in Pattaya. Location is super; far away from the noisy walking street area, but located centrally at the city, that makes your travel time to other parts of Pattaya minimal. The hotel is located in a very quiet back street area. But this does not mean that it is hard to reach. We are a group of nine people. We don't have a problem of getting a tuktuk to go back to the hotel. In addition, you don't need to bargain too hard with the tuktuk driver They just offer to take us back to the hotel for 200 baht. Hotel is new and clean. The room is quite large. Apart from having a refrigerator, the rooms are even equipped with washer, microwave and induction cocker. You can even make your dinner at the hotel after you have brought some seafood for the Naklau Seafood Market. Seafood prices there is unbelievable low and there are abundant of varieties of seafood. I will highly recommend this hotel to others.

Probably one of the best hotels in Pattaya. Rooms were very large and as per the picture given in their website. The hotel is well maintained. We were two couples staying together, hence we booked a family suite with two bedrooms. The room was very lasge with a king size bed in one room and a queen sized in other one. There was just one bathroom that had doors from both the room. There was no tea/coffee maker in the room but on our request, we were provided one with no extra charge. Being vegetarians, we were having problems with food in Pattaya, so we requested the reception staff Joy to allow us to cook in the Microwave in the Bar. Not only did she allow us to cook, she provided us with all utensils that were required by us and that too at 12.30 at night On our last day of stay we decided to check out in the morning and proceed to Coral Island. The reception staff was courteous enough to keep our baggage and on our return in the evening, also offered us a room to get fresh before we leave or use the swimming pool which we did without any extra charge. One of the main reasons, why we would be missing Pattaya is our pleasent and wonderful stay at Hotel August Suites. Thanks to every staff that made us feel that way. The Housekeeping staff was equally wonderful, though we never met any of them, but they made sure that our room was kept clean and tidy whenever we returned. Wifi signals were very good in the room with queen size bed but patchy in the king size bedded room.

This hotel was in an ideal location for myself. On third road at the end of Soi Lengkee . So basically a ten minute walk to beach road via The Mike Shopping Mall. Less than five minute walk to soi Diana, LK Metro and Soi Buakhao. About a 15/20 minute walk to walking street. My room was on the 24th floor and I had panoramic views of Na Jomtien to Pattaya Khlang. This hotel is only open just about 1 year . So any teething problems have been sorted etc. Uts a very well kept and very clean hotel. All staff and cleaners etc were very courteous and spoke good english. The selection of breakfast food was also very good too albeit a bit repetative but there was a wide selection of fruits ,cakes, salads omlettes etc teas and coffee with fruit juices and water. I would definitely stay here again and thank you Agoda for getting me such a good deal and I certainly would recommend this place to any of my friends

I stayed in deluxe room. This room is large bedroom, living room and shower room. Best choice for people who need hotel in central pattaya with reasonable prices (I booked it from Agoda). After checked-in, I walked to the sea in 10 minutes and central festive pattaya shopping mall in 15 minutes to have dinner This hotel didnt include breakfast. This is only one fault of this hotel I think. Because art in paradise is too crowded, I woke up early to go Art in paradise (only one interactive art mesuem in thailand) which you can walk from hotel in 20-30 minutes. After that I back to hotel and go to the deck of the hotel. It has swimming pool, sauna and fitness room which are free services. I really sad that i dont have more time to sauna. I really suggested this hotel becuase of good location, reasonable prices(quite cheap) and large room

I love this hotel a lot. Iv stayed at all 3 At Mind hotels in Pattaya but this one is the best for me as it to expensive. Location is really good. Rooms come with large fridge and hop so good for buying and storing fresh foods and cooking. Hotel room service is surprisingly cheap. Rooms cleaned everyday to very high standards. Pool is small but ok for floating and relaxing in. Gym is standard nothing special but who wants to use gym when in holiday haha

This hotel was always going to struggle as I was visiting it after a 4 night stay at The Mandarin Oriental in Bangkok (6* hotel). There are a lot of positives at this hotel and only needs some slight improvements. Breakfast in bed would be my first addition to this hotel. And although most of the staff are polite that is only until you need them to do something for you, then that adopt the typical backwards Thai mentality. One member of staff particularly annoyed me with her rude attitude. Gob, one of the breakfast waitresses seriously doesn't like her job and her attitude shows. Sadly I had to change rooms 3 times and experienced 4 different rooms due to agoda's lack of passing on important info to me at booking stage which meant the hotel didn't have the correct room for me for the duration of my stay (compensation was paid to me by agoda but I will avoid using the booking site again). The food by the pool was very tasty, generous in size and well priced. It's a shame the sun goes down behind one of the hotel blocks at about 4:30pm and I did mange to find the best spot by the pool to get the duration of the sun. Annoyingly on my last day of sunbathing the staff decided to put a load of tables and chairs there instead of sunbeds which was pointless. This hotel is a nice hotel and I would consider staying there again it's just a shame that they only want to help you if you give them money instead of thinking about customer service. Definitely a three star hotel but could improve to nearer a four star.

I am a solo traveler. I stayed in the hotel for 14 nights. The hotel was excellent. In the past, I stayed few times at LK the Empress on beach road and I now took LK Renaissance as it was 2/3 the price of LK the Empress at that low season period. I also wanted to take a step off from beach road. I think that this hotel is better than LK the Empress and the location in Soi Diana is much better than beach road. Generally, it has same LK qualities of comfort that I liked in the Empress. I took the cheapest room here – "Studio Room Only". The room was at 5th floor and was great. Very big. Very clean. Good AC. Comfortable bed. Enough electric outlets. Comfort sofa. comfort desk and chair. Very quiet room. The Studio room is in the rear of the hotel (not facing Soi Diana) so it was absolutely quiet in the room (even before HRH death in 13.10.16), you could here music from bars of Soi Diana only when you left the room into the open area near the elevators. As a summary - everything was good in the hotel. Super girl friendly. elevators good. stuff great. Location great. Small balcony to dry clothes. Close to all shopping malls (Mike Shopping Mall is just at the other side of second road in front of the entrance to Soi Diana). Close to LK Metro, though I highly prefer the clubs in walking street (I recommend in Walking Street – Infinity , Sexy Airline & Saphir are the "Starlight Express" there. They are definitely the best. Saphir if you like very big club, and you may check New Star if you like small club. All these 4 clubs have good atmosphere, comfort seating and all of what you came from in the first place to this beating heart of mother earth. The Hotel is a walking distance to walking street, and anyway you would return with taxi/Baht bus and you will use the second road (which is one-traffic-direction-road from Walking Street to the Hotel street) back to the Hotel. Internet in the hotel is useful, you just need to give it some time for "adjustment" at the beg

The normal rooms are nice, all with balconies. This visit we booked a family room, with is basically 2 rooms with a connecting door. What bothered us was the key cards would only open 1 of the doors, small issue but did cause minor inconvenience as I come back late at night. Rooms are spacious and clean as always, and very affordable. Swim pool on roof is nice. Wifi, tv channels, in room safe all good. Usually would stay at D hotel if I wanted to visit soi buakhao. Guest friendly. Check out is 11pm, but talk to right reception staff was given till noon, some may be inflexible, they do impose penalty for late check out lol. 1000Thb deposit, they will ask for 2. Still strongly recommend D hotel, it is the best value hotel in Pattaya. Had stayed in D apartment 2 nearby, not as nice. Will try D express up the street close to 3rd road in September.

This hotel is located on Soi Bacau, busy street but in the room it's no problem. In the street you have alot of shopping options. The beach is around 15 min walking. Walkingstreet 5-10 min by taxi around 20 bath (in front of hotel step in taxi drive to left), only in night to go back 200 bath for privat taxi. Eating advice: restaurant by hotel great or Lengkee this is big thai restaurant 24/7 from LK company. You can ask front desk for location, really close and easy to find. When I stay in Pattaya again I will book this hotel again. Wifi Internet is for free and good working!

This hotel is very close to the Soi buakhow and the amazing night life of Pattaya. We booked deluxe rooms and they were very big in size. Walking street is at a walking distance of 10 mins and you will have to minimum 200THB while coming back, if you are in a group of 4-5 or more. The staff very quick enough to resolve my issue (although i faced only AC issue on 1 night). Rest everything was great. We got to know from the local people of pattaya that this hotel tops the chart of 3* star category and believe you me, they were right. Deluxe room had kettle for coffee and tea and you get 2 bottles of water complimentary every day. Seven eleven and pattaya city hotel is at a walking distance of 2-3 mins.. I will come back and stay at this hotel again.

My rating is 11/10..3 star rating with 4 star performance and facilities...KTK has 2 swimming pools, Gym and Sauna ad part of your room booking...I stayed for 6 nights and wished I had stayed longer...rooms are very modern decor with excellent security. It is a 10 min walk to Pattaya beach front, the hotel offers a shuttle bus to pattaya 2 Road cutting the journey to 5.mins to beach front...reception will translate or write intructions should you want to go other places around Pattaya. Reception staff are very professional and very helpful with a sense of humour...I pay special tribute to Ms Sasi for her translation and helpful manner....See you son KTK...miss you already....

Page 10 has now become my hotel of choice in Pattaya. It is a newer hotel with spacious rooms. The bathroom is as big as some hotel rooms. It had a separate bath and shower and plenty of room to move around in. The room came with a safe and flat screen tv. It had a comfortable bed and quiet environment. The pool area was great. It was an outdoor rooftop pool that overlooked Pattaya. The dinning had quality food and friendly service. THey have an excellent breakfast spread. The location is the best thing about the hotel. It is one black from Central Festival Mall and walking distance to everything else. If Walking Street is your flavor, then it is just a 15 minute stroll from there. The staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Page 10. It gives you 4 star quality at an affordable price!

The hotel is fairly new, clean and well maintained. Its like a proper 4 star hotel shrunk to fill the space on soi 7. check in was smooth. had to place a 500bth deposit for each room. The best part of this hotel is their security. we had to declare ( with passport) every single person who is staying in each room. The security guy was always in front watching us even till 6am. The location was superb. Right at the center of pattaya beach road on soi 7. There were many bars in the same road. we also rented bikes from a shop jus opposite to the hotel. Familymart was just opposite the hotel entrance. t.t money exchange was close by on beach road. superb burger stall next to hotel only open at night. the room was jus nice. bed was hard. bathroom door had a see through glass panel. wifi was superbly fast and good. there was only 1 power point in the room and 2 more in the bath. no door bell. shower was hot and pressure was good.the pool was great with a great view. breakfast was average. staffs were very friendly professional and helpfull.

A bit surprised when i was told by a front desk lady a price. Anyway, the room has a bathtub which i really want. Breakfast was okay. Check out time is good (noon). I came down 15 mins before check out time and there was only 1 staff at the desk. Luckily i came down early bcos a fews minute later there were a bunch of people tried to check out at the same time. Should have more staffs at check out time. One thing to recommend, the hotel provides shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, shower cap, something for a nail, cotton bud and pad but no toothpaste and brush. Again we were a bit lucky that there is 7eleven nearby so we bought it from there. I just want to tell the hotel that toothbrush is more important than somthing for nails in the morning. I stayed at 3 stars hotel in Kyoto and they provide slippers, headband, plastic hairbrush, toothbrush and toothpaste which was more than i expected for 3 stars hotel. Since you rate yourself a 4 stars you should do better.

I had a very good stay. This is a good hotel. It is a little out of the way. If you dont mind walking to 2nd road, which takes about 5 minutes, you should have a good time. Oh yeah, I almost forgot, they do have a hotel shuttle that runs to 2nd road/central. So really, you dont have to walk. It's seems to me to be one of those all inclusive hotels...since its a little off the beaten path. Its got a fitness center, pool, mini golf course, massage parlor, beauty parlor, resturant. Also, right acroos the street they got resturants, ice cream parlor, 7-11, ATM. The room is the best thing about this hotel for sure. I selected one of the suites and it had a massage chair in it. Wow!!! That thing felt great. The first couple of days I thought i would break that thing-because i was using it so much. I never had a hotel room with a massage chair. The room had a 50 inch TV. You cant beat that

new hotel. ideal location for all amenties.room has fantastic healing energies .2nd best bed ever slept in(1st bed Dream hotel Bangkok). water temp did vary thou and really shocked for 5 star no english speaking tv channels. room perfect size for 1 person. pool has unique water features and slides (although cool temp as surrounding apartments in complex will block full sun) massive marine aquarium in dining room. food looked good yet staff would not cook anything from menu if a buffet on not very helpful. overall .hotel is amazing

I must mention about some drawbacks of this hotel. The first drawback is, as a new hotel, most of the staffs are not well trained and have a very basic level of English, which could be a big inconvenience for guests from the developed countries. In my case, I wanted help from the front desk to book me a taxi to the bus stop. However, none of the 8 staffs sitting there was willing to help me. In a 4 star hotel, helping the guests to book a taxi is a very basic service. At least, the front desk staffs should give me an idea how to book taxi, but in Grand Bella the staffs chose to say "We don't book Taxi! We don't book Taxi". Not only for taxi, I requested to print a map for me and show me how to go to beach, and the answer from the from desk staff was "I don't know". Then my friend requested to give her a tissue paper (a tissue paper box was just behind the front desk staff who was dealing with me), and the front desk staff replied " I don't know". So, I realized, when you are in this hotel, you are on your own. You cannot expect any help from the front desk staffs. Very very very unexpected in a 4 star hotel. Another incident happened in the dining area. We chose to sit in the Indian Restaurant for breakfast where foods are served from 6 to 10AM. Sharply at 10AM, all the lights and air conditioners were turned off. In my life, I have stayed in guest houses to 5 star hotels; however, never found another hotel where air conditioners and lights are turned off to mark the end of breakfast time. I think, it is very rude! So, the hotel management must work on the staff training before the trainees, working in the front desk and dining without supervision, ruin the hotel's reputation and rating.

This hotel is in an excellent location, close to Second St and its cheap baht buses. The hotel reception staff are excellent and speak good English. The rooms are clean & large. Good bathroom. Rooftop pool Ok but lacks character. For a hotel in this price range no free wifi is criminal. Ate breakfast at the Nags Head close by. Coming home late at night no problems - well lit & close to main road. Get a room facing the Avenues Complex, it's quieter. Recommended but it's a bit expensive at peak prices. Close to all shopping centres either walk or catch a baht bus for 10 baht. For the singles there's no joiner fee for one girl & ID to be left at reception for your safety. From my observation hasn't been the subject of mass tour bus bookings that destroy the character and independence of the larger hotels. Forty metres to a good pool hall and lots of restaurants within walking distance. Try the top floor foodhall/restaurants in the Royal Garden Complex day or night. It's clean, air conditioned and a large choice of food of various types. The beach at Jontiem is the best of a poor lot. Try the island off shore for cleaner water (cannot remember it's name). Walking Street is a cesspool but worth a look and slow stroll. Plenty of bars of every description for kilometres surrounding this hotel.

I definitely recommend this hotel, and will stay there again. Although you will read negative review about it being off the beaten track, I found this to be a good thing. Yes, you will need to use their free golf-cart service to get to the main roads (I never waited for their cart more than a few minutes, in the lobby), or you can always grab a 40 baht motorbike ride (or a bus) outside the hotel, to take you where you need. The hotel staff are helpful and eager to have your stay work for you, in my experience over my 8-day stay. Speak your English slowly, and use simple and clear sentences, please. The cleaning staff were always accommodating to my requests for an early room cleaning (so I could have my business meetings), and I rewarded them with a tip at the end of my stay. Tips are not required, but are always appreciated. The bedroom corner room I booked was essentially a 2-room serviced apartment, with everything you would need to live at home. All the appliances were new and worked. Yes, you can pay someone to wash your clothes for you, but they will be returned smelling like cheap soap. Not good. Better to bring your own washing machine powder in a small bag and wash your own things. The auto washing machine also dried my clothes, by the way. I did not try their room service for food, and only ate in their restaurant at the end of my stay, so I cannot comment on the quality. I mostly ate at the Irish pub (with wi-fi) only a few hundred meters away from the Amari Nova Suites. You can get your basic needs met in the area that the Amari Nova Suites sit: 7/11, massage & spa services, laundry, taxi transport, and food at the aforementioned Pub. Which has awesome fish and chips, and a fabulous full English Breakfast, by the way. Yes, the Amari Nova Suites is off the beaten path, but unless you want everything to be easy (in which case pay extra, and stay in a big hotel right on Beach Road) you may find yourself appreciating the value of this boutique hotel.

this is a wow hotel. check in in sofa with a free beer, that’s make me feel good the first second. i travel a lot and let me tell you this is one of the best hotels i stay (outside of 5 stars famous hotels chains). if you compare with the ritz from paris of course is not going to be sooo good. but this is one of the best hotels i stay. the staff is amazing, always smile (normally en thailand), helpful, 24/7 open. rooms good, swimming pool perfect, hotel size good in the middle of everything in pattaya. in the other side, pattaya is like bangkok (smaller) but with beach. soooo many massages, bars, exchange money, shopping, drink, party, and all day beach with beer. i recommend go to pattaya and to this hotel. one detail only and i say also in lobby when i leave, the internet works sooooooooo bad. that need to improve.

This is a good budget hotel in the 30-40usd region for Pattaya. Its a really good location centrally located to get to all the best nightlife areas and also close to central mall, and plenty of good places to eat. I've stayed here many times over the past 3 years. The staff has really improved with time. The afternoon front desk girl was very friendly as well as both the day time younger guys who work near the door. The one complaint with this hotel is the rooms are in need of some maintenance. The first room the screen on the balcony door didn't work. The toilet seat was half broken. Fridge leaked etc. The rooms are big and the AC works nice though. All in all its one of the best budget hotels in Pattaya.

This is the first time i have stayed at Sutus Court and i will be staying here again for sure. I stayed here for 25 nights and had a great stay. The reception and restaurant staff were really good which makes your stay more enjoyable. I stayed in Sutus Court 1 which are the best rooms at the hotel. The room was big and clean with a comfy bed, the bathroom was big the shower was good. You have a flat screen tv and a big fridge which i filled up with my own drink even though the hotel gives you 2 free bottles of water everyday. They only give 1 toilet roll every 2 days. The cleaners do a excellent job cleaning your room its something i noticed straight away. The pool is nice and also there is a big jacuzzi where i spent many afternoons relaxing. The hotel food was good but also your not far from other restaurants and street food on Soi Diana and Soi Lengkee. There is no joiner fee at this hotel, you are not far from all the bars i had many good nights on Soi Made In Thailand.

This is one of my favorite hotels, and I travel a lot. Location is great but its still quiet. The rooms (I prefer the junior suite) are a great size with a couch and lots of desk space for me to work at. The breakfast downstairs is simple, but more than ample. It is the best budget breakfast I have found in Pattaya. They have been able to cater for so many requests. Parking on site, adjoining rooms, Early and Late checkouts, tour bookings, in-room swedish massage, and a special top floor family room that you cant book if you dont know about it (shhhhhhh ....its a secret). The Pool area is also great, half undercover and half in the sun. With lots of recliner seating and pool towels supplied. ShoppingMall in one direction, Sports bar at the front door, restaurants everywhere, this place is great. Oh, and a very pleasent surprise was the quality of the room service, it was as good as you get from top restaurants without the helfty bill.

247 is the best because every time I had a problem, it was fixed 100%. Those that have been to Thailand before know that actually doing "100% fix" there is not a given. I complained about filth under the bed...typical, they mop the floors ad nauseam, but never go under the furniture. The staff came in, flipped the bed over, and cleaned all the nastiness; problem solved. I had a problem with a silly charge on my room service; talked to the head honcho, it was gone in a heartbeat. The hotel gave me a great deal on a scooter rental, and made it too easy. Swimming pool and gym on top are awesome, but the hours are dumb. They spent all this money on a rooftop pool, but close it at 9...still, great pool and nice gym. Breakfast was good and the price was great. Location is quiet, especially the rooms facing the back of the property. There is a large hotel being built behind 247; but I had no noise complaints at all...albeit they are at the foundation level now. The Soy has a few massage parlors and small bars, but no ridiculously loud large beer bars, karaoke places, live bands, etc... You will not be hit by a wall of tourists and heckled by ladies as soon as you step out of the hotel; which happens at some hotels in Thailand depending on location. In fact, the hotel has a driveway and covered parking area...so you have some privacy going inside. I liked the small balcony and the fact that my room was shaded and the hotel's rooms have views, i.e. you don't stare into another building...which happens in Pattaya. Great value, definitely recommend it.

Stayed at the Maytara for 4 days and had a great time - staff very frindly and helpful room was cleaned every day and overall cleanliness was excellent - Booked a room with pool access but was not very private because of this however this is a minor point as everythung else was perfect. Location was the best I have had in Pattaya with easy access to all the nightlife and restaurants - Baht Busess and motorbike taxis are all easily accessible at the hotel entrance - couldn't ask for more froma hotel really
