"There are too many options in Pattaya, at the same price point, that have RELIABLE internet and non-anemic air conditioners. This hotel is in a good location and the staff are great; however, that can be said of many hotels in Pattaya. If you drive a vehicle to this hotel, there is a good chance your vehicle will be trapped in the parking lot when you want to use it. The internet was available, maybe, 30% of the time we tried it, and we slept above the blanket because the A.C. was terrible. The maintenance people said it takes a while for it to get cold. Apparently, "a while" is more than 2 days."

"Best hotel i've stayed in at Pattaya. Location great. Still being finished off (as was in new building not the older one) but had no noise from it. Classy fit out. Pool was great as was the little 'beach' with sand. Had breakfast one day - was tasty but not cheap. Was supposed to get a free breakfast due to a 'misunderstanding' with room booking but did not materialise (NOTE: there is no difference between the deluxe and superior room except the superior has a king bed and the deluxe 2 x singles. However, the latter push together fine so not a biggie. Shower awesome - large walkin with rain head... There is no bar fine 'tax' either so this is another plus for this place. I got a great rate for my 2 nights and would not hesitate going back if could get the same. "
