Location, comfort and all ... I will stay here again!”
My first time trying out this hotel. It is really nice. Check-in process was smooth, and staff were very nice. Rooms was beautiful and very clean.Breakfast was fantabulous! I highly recommend it .. I will definitely stay here when I visit Samed again!

This resort is a little older than the others in this private beach area, but the location is absolutely perfect!! The small pool that overlooks the ocean is great. The people who work here are also super accommodating. The only problem, which is a big one if your going to stay in your room a lot was the smell in the bathroom. Our bathroom in the suite next to the pool smelled like raw sewage. A little disappointing, it was unbearable to even think of bathing in the stench, but I personally was rarely in our room. Another added plus about this place is that you can snorkel right on the same beach you are staying. There is a lot of sealife, not a ton, but enough to keep you swimming and snorkeling. Overall, this resort is great due to location and it is much less in cost then the neighboring resorts. We loved our stay here.

Had a great stay here. Very friendly staff that made sure we were well taken care of. The cheapest rooms aren’t that great as they lack balcony or outside space, so id suggest getting the more expensive rooms. Pool is small but does the trick. The beach is excellent. Lots of fish for those who like to snorkel. If you bring a piece of fruit or bread with you fish will flock around you. Hotel restaurant and s nice, be weary that theres no supermarket close and that the little town is 10 min away with taxi (200 baht each way)

Fantastic location, nice and comfortable enough room. Friendly and helpful staff. If you are looking for a nice and relaxing hotel on Koh Samed then this hotel is the answer. Warning: not suitable for party goers as the bar closes at 9pm which was perfect for us.

The staff is great, the food is excellent. But beach with rocks and small stones at entrance. The sea is warm though. The water pressure was low in our room, thus the usage of the water was more.

Much cheaper price compared with other two in Ao Prao. Suitable for budget travellers. But don’t expect it is a luxury resort as price determines everything.

Small and poorly equipped. No wfi and tea or coffee making facilities in room. ”
Tiles in bathroom dangerously slippy when wet. Breakfast options limited. A number of staff surly and offhand. Bar closes very early cannot get a drink after 2130hours. Little or no attention to detail e.g. no butter for breakfast; no rolls for breakfast this morning! These are all negative points but many could be very easily corrected. Notwithstanding the location is fantastic and we are content to forgo luxury for the beach life.

Used to be great”
This place used to be the 1st few fancy hotels on Samed. Now it is a simple hotel with pricey rate. Canoe, kayak, snorkel are all 100-200 rent / hr. Your own drinks r not allowed on resort beach. Food is expensive 200-300 but taste is bare minimal. Restaurant staff, u gotta wave your hand like 2 mins before they pay attention cuz they r busy chatting. The best staffs are reception and transfer staff. Not gonna go back again.

Disinterested staff”
Unpleasantly surprised with the disinterest of the customer facing staff (the team in the black shirt). It seemed everything was too much. The team with the grey shirts (maintenance and helping with the luggage etc) and the cleaning team where very nice and helpful. Final point of attention - both the bathrooms in the rooms as the breakfast could use an upgrade
