For someone on a budget, this is a good option. Near the market, bus terminal, jollibee, McDonald's, seaside amd Sugbang museum. 7 kms away from Dahican beach amd Flying Saga. Friendly staffs and would really assist in all the inquiries. Drawback, the cabinets lock were broken good thing though was that staffs did not add another traveler in my assigned room. Need to do a bit of maintenance of the restroom inside the Inn but can use their restroom and showers outside. Drawback for the whole Mati was the waterworks, they use deepwell for everything except for drinking. All in all, stays were all good experience.
