Late Night Checkin - July 3 2022”
Checking in late... i was so cranky and just beatup from the 9 plus hour bus ride, the sweetest manager lady was so kind and when i needed to catch a ride the next morning she spent 20 min to help me get to my meeting in Manila. If your looking for a super clean room, super sweet staff and has an elevator... i give this property a 10. franco

Great Point for Choosing This Establishment ”
Unlike hotels, checkin process here is extremely streamlined. First checkin process took 15 mins tops. Since then it can take as little as 2 mins when they know you and you inform them of your arrival. I find that so much better than regular hotel checkin that can take 20-40 mins before you have key in hand.

This is relatively easy to find once you have been there but Google Maps will send you down some crazy small side roads. The staff was very friendly, room large and clean. Only complaints are no shower curtains, no soap and no toilet paper. Bring your own and you will like the place once you find it.

Our room has refrigerator which is helpful to have cold beverages. There are nearby store. Near SM BF. Accessible to food delivery which is really great. Kuya with the feather tattoo was doing all the chores. All-around siya so salute. He even informed us that they lost internet connection which is not his fault naman. Unable to use the pool and gym as stated at the reception you need to pay 500/head.

Hotel Room Condo Accomodation near Paranaque City Hall, SM BF”
We stayed 2 nites, located in Alpina Heights Condo units, the Customer Service was very good, helped us with the luggages and communicates well until check out. We paid extra 200 pesos for early check in. The room has city view with windows and balcony with separate bunk beds room for children and shower toilet room. It has TV and air conditioning. I suggest to put mirrors inside the toilet room above the sink please and kettle with spoon and mugs for coffee. My son had a nice time in the small outdoor swimming pool located in the ground floor.

Very approachable yung staff, after booking sa app meron free food and pool access pero when I get there wala daw sa system nila so I had to add 100 pesos for pool access, overall I enjoyed my stay, will comeback again!

The place is satisfactory. Check in is seamless with Reddoorz. The room is cute. The door between dining area and bedroom is made of glass. There is a pool however, there is an additional amount to be paid to be able to use it. There is a mini grocery downstairs so you won't get hungry at all 😉.
