Traveling to Russia? Find Tomskaya Oblast hotels

We arrived feeling rather tired after the 2 night train journey from Irkutsk. Although it was too early to check in, we wee given access to the sauna, hammam and swimming pool so we could relax, shower and change. The room was very large and nicely decorated in a classic Russian style. The breakfast was good and the staff extremely efficient as well as speaking fluen...

I stayed at the Sputnik for 4 nights. The staff was very friendly, the bed was clean and decent. The breakfast was nice and fresh every day. It was really value for money. Overall I was very satisfied.

The king size bed was firm and flat. (We had the king suite). The bed cover was too small for the bed. The shower was good. We went to the restaurant for lunch and were very disappointed with the cold chips and meat which were inedible. Breakfast was poor compared to the Ural in Perm, which whilst catering for mainly Russians, at least had hot food. Once again we paid...

Pros: big room, comfortable bed and above all VERY nice and helpful staff speaking English well. Good breakfast with large choice. Only one negative point: there is no sauna (wrong mention in the description of the hotel). There is a private sauna in the basement, very expensive and for two hours minimum.
