100% recommended for couples and family who are staying in tacloban for a couple of days. It has an amazing view during night with all the lights and the ancestral white house in the middle of the area. There's a place outside for coffee with lots of plants and a huge tree. The only feedback is that their breakfast has no option. They'll just give it to you without knowing what it would be. It should be standard to have at least 2 options of meal for your guests who are vegetarians, or those who don't eat pork.

2nd time staying at this hotel. Its still one of the best places to stay at in Tacloban, in my opinion. The room is clean, comfortable, and the wifi is strong enough to do work. This is my go to place when I visit Tacloban. Although they did forget to give us water and toiletries when we checked in. Other than that 10/10.

The location is very convenient, near malls, groceries and tourist spots. It is also 13 mins away from the airport. The room is clean, though the bathroom has no bidet 🤪 so u have to open the shower to wash your... 😂 They have hot and cold shower tho. The receptionist very polite and accommodating. We have a smooth check in and check out. Cons: Agoda has no option to add breakfast in our room, so when we got to the restaurant, the staff are not so accommodating since we're not included in the list of rooms with breakfast. I told the staff that its okay, we're just going to pay for 220, but they did not ask for our orders, we're the one who ask for the menu and give our orders. And they served our food last, next to those who arrived later than us.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed me to check in early one day prior to my booked date's, Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The staff was wonderful. The hotel is well maintained. The beds were very firm, too firm for my liking (Daily Linen Changing). The food was good. I, especially, enjoyed staying at my room most of the time.👌🏽

This hotel is great if you're looking for a nice venue to explore Tacloban with ease. Public transportation are everywhere, it's walking distance from shops and selected tourist attractions. Although you shouldn't be expecting fancy amenities, the vibe of the hotel doesn't sacrifice the comfort you need on your travel. Points to remember and the hotel should improve on: - Faster wifi connection (for businesspersons/individuals who need a stable connection) - Staff's attentiveness. Hoping their staff will be a bit more accommodating to guests and more attentive to request. The breakfast I requested arrived for almost an hour which is too long for a simple meal. Looking forward to see these improvements on my next stay!

Booked a room with breakfast. But when we checked in the receptionist told us that breakfast is not included and they have yet to inform Agoda of said error/remove it from their ad. When my sister asked if we could be provided a room near their convenience store, the receptionist responded slightly offensively.
