A savoycation to remember”
My family and I had a great stay at Savoy Hotel last monday Booked a 2 rooms for me and my sister who arrived at terminal 3 for a small family get together after how many years and it didn’t disappoint. It was such a refreshing experience staying home away from home. The room that we booked was not that spacious I think it will be perfect for couple (since it’s a business type hotel but the interior has a luxurious feel to it) Loved the airport view from the 7th floor. The services offered were beyond expectation, the hotel staff were very polite and accommodating especially Mr.Carlo basallonte who assisted us all throughout the arrival process. And Miss Apple who assisted us through the check in process. And the staffs from the reception of savoy café. When we had our breakfast the next day at savoy cafe, Carlo and Apple remembered us and greeted us with a smile even with a mask on, we can tell they are happy to be of service. The location of the hotel is very convenient you got everything around the area like banks ,GOOD FOODS, supermarket, fast food, cafe and so on. Kudos to Bellman Carlo for giving us a brief introduction about the hotels has to offer. And to the security guy that directed me to a passage that goes through new port right away. My sister is very happy about the service knowing her as a flight attendant she already been to different hotels all over the world hearing some good words about her experience to the hotel means it’s definitely good. The pool area is superb, it’s a unique indoor/outdoor type of pool. At the morning feels like we had the pool all to ourselves as there are only a few guests using it. It was so much fun. During our check out, it was a charming Rocelle who assisted us. Thank you so much for the warmest service and accommodation, kudos to sir Carlo other concierge staffs and Miss rocelle. Staying at Savoy hotel made our stay fun and relaxing. I will definitely recommend savoy Hotel to my relatives and friends. Will surely

Great Stay This Time”
Last time we stayed here, we gave a 4-star rating, but this time, we were able enjoy this stay. The Good 1. Staff - Consistency is key. Thanks Patrick for helping me sort out the print issue, and to the helpful guy (I think it was Marko, sorry for getting the name wrong.) who provided us a speedy check in procedure. Housekeeping crew is very caring towards the guests. Chai from guest relations took my call and was very polite and nice. So yeah, great job for being consistent! 2. Breakfast - We stayed for 2 nights, and we had breakfasts on both mornings. I'm pleased to see that Savoy Cafe switched up their breakfast selections and offered varieties so guests who are staying long term will not get tired of their offerings. 3. Room with a view - Last time we stayed here, we got a rather sad room. This time, I'm quite happy that we got a room overlooking the airport. As someone who loves planes, I am very excited to see planes taking off and landing every once in a while. 4. Location - Located in Newport City and across Manila International Airport Terminal 3, so getting to and around the hotel is very easy. 5. OK option for business and leisure travelers, and quarantine-stay. The Bad 1. Basement Parking is just smelly. 2. It's inconvenient that we have to park the vehicle outside the hotel main entrance, then check in, then bring the car to the carpark after we've obtained the room number. Maybe this is a measure implemented by security and hotel team to prevent non-hotel guests from using the parking facilities, but this inconvenience must be addressed. 3. Bed is no longer firm and very bouncy. Pillows are quite soft for my liking, but this is all subjective. The Verdict Great that we were able to get a more pleasing stay experience the second time around. Would definitely love to come back for staycations in the future.

Nice but...(not everything is perfect)”
My first time in this hotel. I requested for a higher and quite room but was placed on the 3rd floor (3011) which has the skyway as the outside view (Imagine the noise from the vehicles, outside?)Perhaps, this is where the twin bedrooms are located. The bed that I was on was very squeaky. Luckily, I just got off from a 13 hour flight, so I was tired and slept fairly. The room was small but it provided the basic needs that an exhausted traveler wants ( except for the squeaky bed). The bathroom is also nice and clean. The room even has a rechargeable torch for an emergency purposes. This hotel has many pluses though. There is a free airport shuttle that takes you from and to the hotel. An air conditioned lounge as waiting area is provided in Terminal 1, outside the arrival area. The proximity to the airport is about 10mins ride. Check in and check out are quick. The swimming pool, looks very inviting. Small but well maintained. I must try the massage in the cabana. Food was good.

I feel so lucky to have got a booking in this great hotel in a 24 hour sale. thank you agoda! I was looking for something near the airport but i didnt know just how close it was and that it had a free shuttle bus to and from the airport, just like the places near narita hotel in japan. Then the place was like a palace and staff were so kind and helpful and pleasant. the room was amazing and the bed was the most comfortable one i have slept on in a long time. behind the hotel, there are so many good places to eat and i was particularly pleased to find the usual place selling delicious philippines food at a good price. The buildings behind the hotel and the architecture was so beautiful too.

If you want to stay near Naia Terminal 3 then Savoy Hotel Manila is a great choice. They have a good security check and very helpful staff. Check in was smooth. Our room is spacious and very clean. Nice facilities and toiletries. They provide enough bottled waters. The location is really great because the hotel is accessible to Newport Mall and Resorts World. Buffet breakfast is superb! My husband - a Dutch is so happy because there's a lot of options. He really enjoyed the yummy breakfast. They also gave us a free ride going to the airport. A big help because we have luggages with us. Thanks! And kudos to all of the staff.

Room is nice and the beddings are really comfy and clean I slept a lot during my stay. It was one of the most relaxing sleep after a 12-hr flight before going home. And of course, Filipino hospitality at its best here. The staff at the hotel are all helpful and courteous most especially at the Savoy Cafe (restaurant) where Butch, the restaurant Manager, has been really really splendid by being attentive to our needs like we are foreigners in our land. Excellent service. My wife loves everything too. Will definitely book again on my next trip. Thanks Savoy Team! You are one of the best in the area at such affordable price.

We had a wonderful stay to begin with. The hotel is near NAIA T3,. Going there, we just made our way by walking through the underpass. It was real quick to get there. At night, we just had dinner in one of the restaurants at the back, before we discovered that Resorts World is just near and voila- there is also a free shuttle going there! There was also Lawson nearby to get some necessities or food! At the time our flight was cancelled, Grace helped us out to extend our booking. We thought we needed to check out and wait for the checkin time again but surprised, we had another room prepared right out for us. All we needed to do was transfer to the suite room which was the only available room that time with the bulk of guests with cancelled flights as well due to the typhoon. Breakfast spread was also perfect! Love the amenities as well! Couldn’t find any con in our stay. It was all perfect! and oh, did I mention Grace?! Superb customer service, ya all! Thank you! will be back again for the 3rd time!

Perfect resting place after a long trip”
We arrived in the evening after travelling a whole 24 hours straight. The check-in was really simple and staff friendly and efficient. We were shown into our room on 7th floor overlooking the airport. We were a little bit concerned about possible noise but there was none so it was great. The room was really pretty and clean. We got to use the pool on 2nd floor. Water was a bit colder than we could have hoped for but the children were happy and swam anyway. There is a big supermarket in the next parallel street so it was really useful. The breakfast was absolutely great, so many different dishes and fresh fruit to choose from. Overall a great experience.

Very Accommodating Stay”
The Savoy hotel is a very convenient and accommodating place to relax and enjoy your stay in Manila. The closeness to NAIA makes it very convenient to just take a nice 10 minute walk to the property. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is a very clean updated place to enjoy while staying in Manila. Johann from the front office helped to ensure that our stay was excellent. The general atmosphere from the front entrance to the gym area makes everyone seem welcome. This was probably my 3rd stay or so and I'm looking forward to the next visit. There are also many places to dine and enjoy in the very near proximity.

I booked this hotel for my wife who stayed one night as she continued travel to home town for a funeral. As a concerned husband I wanted her safe and comfortable. I liaised with the hotel and had great response to questions. I organised private pick-up which was well executed although could have used the complementary bus to be honest. No deposit required on check-in and check-in / out was fast. Well done Savoy, not many hotels achieve this in the Philippines. If you want a good, clean, comfortable and professionally run hotel close to the airport you cannot go wrong with this one. Thanks you for looking after my wife savoy.

Best Unexpected Experience”
Savoy Hotel is quite a great experience for me and my lola. Our flight got cancelled that we have to spend the night to wait for the next flight. I am alright with sleeping inside Jollibee Terminal 1 if I am the only one to travel, however, my grandmother is young enough to be sensitive to discomfort. I downloaded Agoda and booked the nearest hotel to NAIA Terminal 1 and I happen to find this classy hotel which satisfied our comfort. The staff were very accommodating and they have private vehicle services to take you to the airport. All I could say is that my first time experience with Savoy Hotel Manila was something to keep forever. Thank you so much!

Supportive Staff and Close to the Airport”
I stayed at Savoy Hotel for my quarantine days in Manila for four nights. I had a very comfortable stay with three meals a day--food's really good and you can always add an order from the room service menu. The staff are really friendly, kind, and helpful--what a weary traveler needed in this time of pandemic and quarantine. The staff really knows the processes and even made sure I got the required swab test. My room had a nice view of the airport and yes, the sun sets!

I stayed here for a night before my flight and I was very satisfied with my stay. Check-in was fast and the staff was friendly as soon as I walked in. The rooms were clean and well equipped with toiletries that you need for your stay. The free breakfast buffet that came with my reservation was really good and got me ready for the day. Shuttle service to the airport was on time. Location is good close to resorts world and they have a shuttle for that as well.

Stayed here quite a few times. Twice on this visit to the Philippines. Handy if you need to stay near the airport, espically terminal 3. Check in always ok here, big thank to LJ. Breakfast buffet ok .Can get a bit busy. Had to ask twice for my omelette from egg station and by the time it came I'd finished eating my breakfast!Staff in restaurant generally very helpful and polite. Reception on entry to restaurant not so friendly,in fact a previous stay it was the same. I said "good morning when the girl came off the phone, and i just got a "room number!",I took the time to point it out this time "I said good morning ,you say...., good morning" she apologised on my exit.Handy little coffee shop in main lobby aways the same friendly chap serving there. I always keep The Savoy Hotel in the mix of hotel to use when an airport stay is need.

Wonderful Experience at Savoy”
I arrived at the hotel at 10pm and eas very tired from our long flight. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The room was very clean with wide windows (which I'd always prefer). I was so hungry so I just tried to dial the number to their restaurant but wasnt expecting them to be open at 11pm. I was impressed that theyre ablevto serve food at wee hours of the evening. Im surely coming back to this hotel should I have the chance to be in Manila. Thanks Savoy for the comfortable stay!

We were very happy with this hotel choice and would recommend it to others. It is right across from the MNL airport (near Terminal 3) which is a great location for arriving or leaving from there. Because traffic is so bad in Manila we decided to stay near the hotel on our last night so we would have a short and less stressful commute. The room was very nice with a good bed, AC, and nice bathroom. The staff is very helpful and the facility itself is absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend taking some time at the indoor pool. It is on the second floor but is open all the way to the top (the building is 11 floors high). The area also has a nice seating area and bar as well as a full locker room with lockers and showers. We enjoyed our stay and will certainly consider staying longer on our next visit.

Convenient for Locals Especially Last Minute Lodging ”
Well situated for our weekend spree. Close to Resort World (free shuttle) and good restaurants and fast food a few steps from the hotel. Gotta love the bfast buffet at an affordable price. Plenty of choices and lotsa lotsa of my fav choices. Fruits, pancakes, eggs and crispy bacon! Yummy Overall experience evolved around the staff. Great team and crew from housekeeping, porters, receptionist , room service. Shout out to the outstanding manager of the hours. Excellent operations. Security is just awesome! Almost like a private group of able and customer service oriented men. Next stop for fair pricing I'll be booking again on my next weekend golf outing at Villamor Air Base GC. Also to sample fine dining and entertainment at Resort World. But, guess where I'll be snuggling and have a restful sleep...Say no more..go Savoy!

We haven’t been to the Philippines for 11 years. We needed a hotel close to the airport prior to going back to the US. The hotel is very clean, room is ample size but sheets smells great. If you are looking to experience Filipino hospitality, their staff is definitely trained in that area. I ended up booking my sister in law who is going back to Singapore for a night so that she could experience our great experience.
