It was far from the National Highway. There was only one staff, a female receptionist. We had to carry all our things to the second floor. While the towels were newly washed, they looked so dirty. The CR looked it has not been cleaned for weeks. The Shower has no pressure at all. We really had a bad experience with this hotel.

The CR seemed it hasn't been cleaned for weeks. The shower has almost no pressure at all. There's really nothing to like about this hotel. As in zero.

Sad situation, a nice hotel going broke. The location is terrible, on a dirt road in a residential area no food or store near by. Someone thought “ build it and they will come”, it was built 95% done and decorated very nice, very good bed ,good towels etc., but none one came ( we were the only customers). If you bring all your own food and drinks and want a nice quiet place, this is it.

The road was a bit hard to find as no street lights at night, upon arrival we had to wait as staff verified that we had booked? The room was spacious and clean with a great bed with quality bedding and top class pillows which is a rare thing these days. Tv, aircon and fan all worked well . Was disappointed that there was no breakfast included as I had read glowing reports of how good the breakfast was. Obviously this has been discontinued now. The bathroom was excellent with modern tiles and fittings but the toilet and accessories had very low water pressure and was not up to par for us. Overall a great place to stay and would be happy to rebook in the future. Robert from Australia.

Hotel very far from Mati centre”

The hotel is very far from Mati centre. To get to the restaurants in Mati centre or Mati boardwalk, you each time need to take a tricycle. There are no tricycles passing by the hotel, you first must take a fairly long walk on a muddy path before arriving at a tarred road where tricycles pass. When we arrived at the hotel and showed our Agoda booking, the hotel said they did not receive the booking. But they gave us rooms as the hotel was totally empty, we were the only people staying there, I am sure due to its remote location. We had not been aware of that when booking with Agoda.

Was hoping for decent rooms/bed/pillows... but was disappointed. Promising little place, I think a renovation is (over)due.

Hard To Find But Worth It”

I was very pleased with my stay. They do not clean the suite daily, but do happily clean the suite and change towels and sheets on request. There was a water problem and the hot water never really worked. However, the manager was so concerned about the problem and so very pleasant that I came to see the problem as a blessing that allowed me to get to know the manager!

Accommodation was as expected, pretty basic, and the staff is helpful. However, location is quite challenging. Not along the highway, some locals don't even know the place. Keep that GPS working. Also, weak water pressure, so expect some Overall, Hotel was satisfactory and value for money.

My stay was only for 5 nights and I really enjoyed my time there. I did quite a fair amount of traveling while there and they had no problems in accommodating my 'out of hours' requirements. The staff were most friendly and the owner was around at times and we became very good friends. I would certainly recommend to anyone who is not in need of a hotel not on the main thoroughfare.

Breakfast is the best included one I had in this country, apart from big international chains. Really nothing negative. Location is a little way off the main roads, but therefore it's quiet. Mattresses are on the hard side. I like it this way, others might prefer a softer one.

For a new boutique hotel in the city, I was quite satisfied. Cleanliness is my major standard. We were really planning to stay in a resort but no rooms were available so we searched Agoda for a city hotel and found Senorita Suites. It is tucked in a private subdivision and we almost missed the turn. We only spent the nights in the hotel because the beach and catching the sunrise when it first hits the Philippines was our main objective in Mati.I must say our sleep was so comfortable because of the immaculate sheets and comforter and excellent bed and pillows. And we were also entertained by the hotel owners themselves who were so hospitable and warm. Breakfasts are free! On Sunday, there was a huge delicious buffet open to the public. The staff were attentive and helpful.

Very pleasant, the owner is very hospitable and treat as very well like any other family. Friendly staff and accomodating to the best of there ability. Clean and environmentally friendly hotel as well, knows how important to conserve electricity as they are using solar powered panel. Good location as we don't like the noise of the city so much.
