    “Bad”

    One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had during my trips to China. The cleanliness was extremely poor, and the customer service was even worse. Every morning, starting at 7:30 a.m., there was loud construction and repair work that made it impossible to rest. When I complained about the excessive noise, the staff responded in a very rude and unprofessional manner. I was told, “It’s time to wake up. You can enjoy the atmosphere once you go outside.” This level of disrespect was completely unacceptable. I will never stay at this hotel again, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
